Most of the brands are available here. But the representative for specific brand when you need help wont. They provide offers to the goods which you won't even like them. DONT EVER VISIT TO BRAND FACTORY, BEGUMPET especially.

Horrible place. Displayed rates are false. They charge higher on bill. Suggest don't go to this place. Poor customer care and no responsible manager available. They do wrong billing watch out. 3 customers walked out with out purchase due to wrong billing. Horrible place. Don't get cheated

Very shabby place. Packing material is lying everywhere. Staff is ill trained. Material looks jaded.

All clothes are look's like secondhand. Full of dust on clothss colors of shirts is also not good. Felt like why I am visiting this store and my interest to buy clothes is also dead.

No collection, discounts are irrelevant, coupons are valid only for day or two. Worst shopping experience ever.

Good place to shop. You will get good discounts especially at weekends and will get all types but in footwear there aren't many options. Can explore many types of dresses for boy men and women. Goods quality is good.

Wasted my day with this. I couldn't find one piece over here. And the prices are too worthless for the clothes which they are displaying. I don't know who will buy those with that price tag. I don't even use those to clean my bike also.

The older BF at jewel mall was way way better than this, The staff was nice and humble there but here the staff on counter is so stupid. Majority of staff are sitting in parking area and chilling. It's so messy this mall, from uncleaned lifts to not working escalator

This is one of the worst shopping space. Not specific to this branch. Ever branch is like that. Old goods will be there in offer. If u want new models please be away from this BF. ‍️

Good. But less varieties of products. And Cash counter is very rush. Only 4-5 billers.it takes hours on busy days. But offers are great.

Huge discount are going on in everything especially kids wear lot of colction. Staff my name cald seetha helped me a lot for selecting baby shoes and showing varieties

This place is filled with brands as name tells it all.
Branded cloths and really worth it sales.more than guys for girls it's a nice place!

Its very expensive in Brand Factory because I personally checked with others Malls having reasonable price than Brand Factory

Average stores, not proper arrangements of things or times, u need to struggling more to find the appropriate brands, clothes etc.

There are less billing counters, to make billing we have to wait by 30 min, so make fast billing by improving your counters.its ok

I once read from another review that if you go here once you will keep going everytime and its just so true, the offers and discounts are unmatched and if you ever think of shopping this place should be the first one to consider just go blindly.

Very Disorganised Place. No Proper Staffs to attend. Things are spread over here & there. But You can get decent Discounts.

The stocks are not replenished on regular basis. The sizes are all mixed and jumbled. You have to go through all the clothes to get your size. There is no person around to help you out. Even if you go through one, he says, that is all you have and goes away. The upward escalator doesn't work.

Need to improve a lot at Begumpet exclusive stores. Abids store is much better in all respects.

The positive is you get good discounts.

Worst shopping mall ever visited. Have it a single star cuz no zero star option not available. The escalators, ACS, lifts do not work most of the time. The staff aren't cooperative at all. If you have an abundance of time and want to get irritated this is the best place to hangout.

A/C doesn't work anytime. Still lot of maintenance work need to be done for building. Stock is always older than other outlets

Good brands and discounts on offer but like their any other outlet, the issues are with billing. Their offers are confusing and then when the customers try to make the best use it takes immense time to check out.

Place is not managed properly. The building has lot of problem. In process of cost saving, Brand factory forgot about customer experience
