Although there is no one in que the person name Mr Kishore kumar is very rude saying that not to take my bill when there are so many counters and only 2 person doing billing.nd thr are almost 8 people MR kishore kumar is very rude and saying other persons not to do my billing.

Yeh hear something good offers on clothes Exchange offers also there sometimes. Near at Shaikpet nala, Gachibowli road.

Bad experience. Waste of time as well money.only two size small and medium.no Verity same old stock.

Unfotunately faced pathetic situation here been here recently when i came across old clothes exchange scheme, i took new clothes on exchange i wanted few old clothes back since the coupon was not valid on that.
Issue starts here it was been an hour i told the billing guy to give back old clothes he said since i gave already they wont be returning it back instead he asked me to buy few more pairs to compensate.
Iater i spoke with the manager who happened to be a dumbest guys he says the old clothes already went to cellar where they have bunch of clothes and its locked now.
He was behaving sacastically to my question like y u want that back, you take full store for free
Upon arguing he asked one of his guy to take me to cellar.
Now what i see is there is no locker room there ia no huge pairs of clothes my clothes were lying around the table.

I hope brand factory admin to look up on these thing and make sure all your staff are loyal this will inturn damge the reputation of brand
I dont want to mention the names of person
I wont be visiting BF again, i wont be recommending it to someone also.

Worst type of service when asked to sale person about categories of t shirt they' won't respond properly and even watchman misbehave on parking area he can address properly right to park vehicle to park at particular place but no they misbehave and talk rudely as they are the boss
