Head cashier PRAVEEN is really a helping natured guy who takes time in helping the customer not only in billing but also at shopping based on the offers

No big options to purchase, all are old models. 3 star is for offers.
If you are looking for dresses for kids and ladies then plz avoid this. Other brand factory outlets are far better than this.

Brand Factory is usually my first choice to buy stuff as they offer good discounts. This one is located near Madhapur Metro. It doesn't have much space so it doen's offer too many options. But yeah it is okay.

Durga salesman was very attentive to us.he catered to all our request while shopping for our 10 yr old daughter.he had good knowledge of the fashion needs of a 10 yr old.my daughter was a happy customer.

The items are stuffed in here and the place feels cozy. Went in to buy shoes but it had very limited options to choose from.

Decent collection. But the staff is just clueless. They don't know what is where or a thing about the deals. Cash counter takes forever

You can different brands at one point, store lighting was too dim, but good collection of clothes.

Mostly its an outdated collection, left over stock of different brands, need to explore too much to get the suitable stuff for you. There is no sales staff to help you out hardly one or two people per floor.

Such a bad place. No car parking. All the stock minimum 3 years old. Their offers and billing is fraud. Avoid this place. I will never suggest or visit this store once again.

Really worst experience we brought 2 dresses and 2 shirts.it differed the rate which they put in the boards and discounted rates in the bill it's infact more

Pathetic experience. Escalators not working, ACs not working. Total suffocation at all floors. Unclean trial rooms. No proper sizes available. Size of garments varies with other shops of same brand. Cheap quality cloths with hefty discounts. Taking charge for alteration.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Doubling the price and putting a sale tag on clothes is not really a sale. Shoppers have become smarter than these retailers and they should understand this.

It was nice, quite affordable, ranges, varieties all are pretty nice. Billing part and escalator can work better. However overall experience was nice

Many clothing brands are present, but very conjusted, the people operating the cash counters are dead slow.if you have anything planned to do after your visit to Brand Factory, i would say plan half an hour ahead.cause that is the time the cashier's take to process your bill.

We will have good discounts always but we can rarely find medium size clothes, we can see XL and XXL everywhere.

Not at all good place and the cost is too high. No use of showing 50% off on those clothes which will be available at cheaper rates at other stores.

Nice place for shopping. During offer season, dont expect good clothes as all good clothes would already been chosen out.

Amazing offers but lazy sales persons, clothes are never arranged properly and u wil not get any help from them in finding wat u want.

International and indian brands are under one roof that too with lot of discount.

Apparels are more cheaper than Regular other malls.

It's really apt title.because you found large number of branded shirts.it contains different floors for causuals, formals n children.

The worst business center I have seen. The clothes are not good. Shirts started losing colour and phants get shade off. Please don't buy anything here. Even the offers are logical.
