Little expensive but better then other high rated salons in terms of services.

It is okay. Hair dressers keep changing and some guys spoil the style totally. Some are really good. It is your luck that you get a bad one for good one. They charge a lot for a hair style which can be done by a normal shop for 100-150 rupees. I have been disappointed at least twice out of my 5 visits and my brother all 3 times he visited. Further they steal helmets and magically return the same on next day. Their lady manager says Management is not responsible which is rubbish. Zero integrity and ethics.

Really happy with the haircut and coloring service provided by Moren. He understood exactly what i wanted and delivered. The entire staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Overhyped for the service that doesn't match their price. Apart from that, if you keep your motorcycle helmet in their parking spot, someone takes it away and these people will tell you that "management is not responsible". They also have one camera at the same parking spot but apparently, it doesn't work. Later, when you confront to take the matter with higher management, someone automatically brings back the helmet the next day. Maybe, you should check who's involved and if you are innocent then help the customer.
One advice for Bubbles, customers come to your business only because they feel secure that their belongings will be safe and if something is lost, you will atleast, help them in finding. Instead of saying "management is not responsible", learn to help your customers when they are in need.
If it was my business, I would've atleast helped the customer in finding the helmet. This is called ethics.

If have to choose one salon among all salons I will choose bubbles always it's the best only back lock is not everyone can afford prices are quite high.

The hair dressers are pathetic here and if you do not love your hair do visit this place. I ended up with my hair chopped extremely short with no style that I had asked for and cherry on the cake I had to pay a bomb for the disaster. A strict NO NO for me for this place. Pathetic experience!

Very Neat and Hygienic salon. Staff is also very good. Prices are on the higher side for some of their services bit overall had a good experience whenever I went there.

Worst possible service. They don't have specified services and always advise to choose the highest priced service though the customer mentions that it doesn't suit them. Never ever recommend this.

Yesterday I visited bubbles salon at hitech for a haircut and color. I was pleased by their work done on my hair. I suggest people who wants to get good hair color should visit bubbles.

I am a customer of bubbles, have been to hyd for a wedding and got a hair spa done in hyd bubbles Hitech city from balraj. It was a great service. He is professional and has great sense of work. His headmassge was so perfect and soothing. I would like to recommend this person for a spa.

I visited bubbles for a keratin treatment two weeks ago. I loved the treatment and it’s perfect but what I didn’t like was the attitude of the staff and my reasons are listed below:

1. The reason I wanted to get a hair treatment done was because my hair was dry and getting too tangled at the ends. But the hairdresser asked me and quoting his exact words, “ Don’t you comb your hair? ” My response obviously slightly offended was “of course I do” and again the response was “Doesn’t look like you come we today! ”

2. The staff while straightening my hair were gossiping negatively in Telugu assuming I don’t understand Telugu about other clients using names! God alone knows what they gossiped about me!

3. There was a Helper with the main guy who was doing my hair so asked it help from a second one who kept avoiding to come and help.

4. The helper took 5 minutes to put on a glove while we waited got him to come hold my hair and then guess what he holds my hair with the hand he is not wearing a glove! So much drama for what?

5. Lastly, he asked me to buy products from there but unfortunately the store didn’t have the shampoo and said I will buy it from an e-commerce website. His response was that they sell fake products without knowing the fact that he was talking to me about the company I work for and have for the last 10years! Said a lot of bad things about it and kept saying only buy it from the parlour after a day or two! Demeaning any organisation because you want the customer to buy only from them is not acceptable!

Bubbles caters to customers who spend a lot of money on the services you provide which is definitely super high but if the staff behaves in this manner, I don’t think I would ever want to return to bubbles or even recommend it! I would rather go to a local vendor who charges me less and provides the best customer service!

Bubbles Hitex has got very good staff and excellent service and ambience. I have been with Bubbles for last 5 years now. I am happy with the quality, services and courteous staff.
One thing I definitely want them to think of is their exorbitant prices.during the pandemic a 10% increase in rates is surprising.

Extremely happy with the haircut. Proper sterilisation of everything before use and extremely safe. Shyam did a wonderful job. Definitely recommended!

They've taken up strict measures to keep safe amidst the pandemic. Use and throw aprons for both the customer and the stylist, sterilised equipment and you don't even need to remove your mask.

I went for haircut at this salon, they charge big amount for basic haircut, service is not great at all for the amount I paid. Was expecting creative haircut as they charge me senior stylist amount. Blow dry was too basic. For my husband, hair trimming not done properly, there was no cleanliness, the guy did not sweep off the fallen hair from neck or tshirt also.
Good thing about salon is they are taking safety precautions in covid situation.

Banu at Bubbles does a really fine job at makeup. She perfectly understands your requirement and makes you feel very comfortable. She's such a pro that you don't need to give her a lot of imputs and details, she gets you at the very first instance itself. Thanks to Banu and Team Bubbles, I loved it!

After Lockdown I went to this salon this is my first time and they surprised me by the maintaince and the hygiene were the top class and then my requirement was attended by both the professionals Ramesh (Hair stylist) and Diyana (SPA) both are the excellent professionals by class. Kudos to the management and hope they maintain the same. I keep coming here from now.

I went to bubbles spa and salon for manicure and pedicure. I chose the tamarind and mint Ritual for both services. It was an excellent service by Balakrishna E for pedicure and Hema Potturi for manicure. They spent a lot of time on each and every part of the mani-pedi. Highly recommend both for these services.

The salon has all the modern equipments and is well organized.great in terms of customer service and quality. I would recommend the creative stylist Mr. Shyam who was very professional and through in his service. I opted for multiple services for hair and face and overall it was a pleasant experience that met my expectations and made me happy. Recommending others too.

The ambience is very good I just loved the hairstyle. They will suggest which hairstyle suits you the best. I would blindly recommend we can trust Bubbles.

Diana is excellent too at massage and is a professional at it.i would suggest both of their services to anyone at the Hitex branch.

Also for pedicure Balakrishna has been really patient and excellent at helping with my nail in- growth problem and he does a great job every month and I would recommend him for Pedicure specially.

Went for hair cut once and shahnaaz facial the other time and both were impeccable. Soujanya was responsible for the facial and it was very relaxing and well done. For haircut they did feather cut customized as I requested. I am totally happy with my new style.

Very good experience as always at Bubbles Hitex. Soujanya, Bala Krishna, Kishore are some of the best people I have received service from recently here. I find all services and products use are very good.

Bubbles is a great place to get a haircut. I have been coming here for a year and Anil has been doing my haircut since then. He is very professional and listens to what you want. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a regular place for haircuts

Wonderful experience every time. I get my hair cut by Anil, who is expert at what he does. Takes his time to make sure he gets it right Everytime. I don't even have to instruct anymore. He knows what needs to be done for any situation. Overall, Bubbles is quite a premium experience.

The service and staff are absolutely great.
They take care of even the smallest thing and remember their customers during the next visit.
I have been getting saloon services from Rajesh, and he is simply too good. I don't have to tell him anything, he knows what to do and my preferences.
