The staff were busy with their own talks, were rude didn't give enough attention to customers.

Worst service ever, knowing delays in taking order, takes more time to deliver and worst thing is when u reach to the counter they simply say the item is out of stock or just finished

Worst food which i have ever had specially CHICKEN ROAST. Completely unhappy.
If anyone want to have chicken roast please kindly go to KFC
KFC make far for better than burger King in terms of chicken roast.
Totally money got wasted.

Something seriously wrong with the process. It should not take 30 mins to get a burger. Looks like they are taking their sweet time to prepare.

Staff is not good. Always misbehave with customers and taking long time for delivery of the order.

One of the best burger king franchise that i have tasted such delicious food, I’m giving 4 beacuse non-veg burgers are good, but when my friend tried veg they didn’t liked it much… I will suggest to go for non-veg options only…!

Disappointed! Whooper was horrible! They didn't receive correct order and french fries was not good. Better to go Burger King in Sarath city Mall is really good.

I had no problem with the food but I saw the person in the billing counter behaving very rude with a staff. He yelled at the staff member infront of customers. The staff was making the right order but this person didn't read the order properly and scolding him unnecessarily. After knowing that it was right from the staff's side, this person didn't even bother to apologise. The way you treat your staff members infront of customers also matters and affects the environment. Mr. Vicky was the one who behaved rudely with the other staff.

Became one of the worst store near mindspace, it was good before carona, used to visit from office, they don't care about customers and staff also not responding properly, they not even explaing about menu, ordered 3 burgers while no other customer there (we can understand if more in queue we didn't expect), they took long time to complete.below are is the stuff they served.

Not at all felt Happy due to improper response from the management they didn't even providing accompaniments with the meal pack

I have order combo pack from swiggy. The pack was completely scrambled due to miss handling of the package by swiggy DE executive.

Have visited the store with scrambled pack. Mr ali has responded positively and replaced the pack. Thank you Mr Ali. I would like frequently visit the store beacuse of your kind approach.

A big thank you to "Vicky" from the Burger king INORBIT store. I was stuck in a long que on a sunday nght only to realize I was in a rong que after reaching the counter. It was Vicky who saw my helplesnes and advised me to download th app and place an order hassle free. He even helped me in placing th order despite the super buzy schedule he was jammed in. Super thumbs up customer service & a hearty thank you to Vickky. The friez and food were as awsome as ever!

I were taken an smoked extra cheese burger it’s so cold and the cheese we’re not there and properly dressed my long waste of time to take in Burger King as compare to that road side bakery burge is good not go to that

One of the worst store in Hitech city, they don't care about online orders and don't respond to calls. They're wasting customers and food delivery partners time. If we order online we need to follow up in anyways. Ordering here it takes 1.10 minutes exactly. Worst customer service ever.

If you are burger lover avoid this place, if you are want to try burger first time also avoid this place.they just cant make burgers.they just sandwich the items one on one while making burgers and all will be dry.

Saw the add chicken crispy burger 2 for 79. I head for tasting this. I make a combo of fries and pepsi with additional 60 rupees.

Burger was not good. It was dry. No tasty
Previously i had chicken whopper it was good.
I will not recommend this offer to people who are really love to have burgers.

Good place for a calm drinking night. Feels like one of those old pubs your dad would go to. The service is good. The staff is understanding and the beer is always icy cold.
Nothing very special about this place but this place has a relaxing aura

Its quiet good place to have quick bite. Veg burger are also good. I would recommend to try float once its very good. Lomont is too bad. Nothing to say about burger.all varieties are wonderful. Specially tandoori chicken burger.

Recommend it. Really value for money as compared to other brands. It was my first time in burger king and i loved every bit of it.

I love this burger king over all the others in the city, all the other burger kings I visited were located inside huge shopping malls the Inorbit mall, the forum Sujana mall or the GVK shopping mall. I hate going into the nall because it is a huge waste of time and inconvenience, right from the parking to the time we get out, it is a huge hassle, draining away patience, energy and time. The objective having a quick burger is defeated when you have to walk into one of these huge malls before you can enter a burger king. But this burger king is right out on the road, with its own little parking.
