Café Coffee Day - Narketpally

Google listing indicates this outlet opens at 8 AM. Not open at 8: 30 AM on a Sunday (07/30) customer care rep for CCD casually says oh most CCD's open at 9. Pls update timing under Google business listing.

Coffee Not hot. What ever variety of cold coffee you order you get them all in same flavor. Poorly maintained hygiene standards.

Pretty costly. Rest rooms are always occupied. If you love coffee then only go else it's a costly affair. 4 coffee = 4 people breakfast + coffee in thecside by vivera resturant

It was good, especially a good place for a travel break.i appreciate the staff quite supportive

Do check the bill here. They added an extra item and when asked for bill they said they trashed it. After asking for particulars they found the bill.
The cake wasn't heated as well.

It is located ~100 kms from Hyderabad enroute to Vijayawada opp hotel vivera. Stop over for quick refreshments.

Good ambience, needless to say cafe coffee day is just maintaining the way it used to be. Nothing has changed. Food coffee and memories.

Good place for a short break after long drive. Coffee preparation was good and tasted well. Snack options are good and seemed freshly made. Restrooms are neatly maintained.

A lot of people take a short break here for coffee as it is the closest enroute cafe to Hyderabad on this highway. Short staffed but efficient. One has to wait for a long time to place order but once done the order is delivered fast. Ample seating space. However parking area is very small and one will have to park on the roadside to purchase a takeaway. Washrooms are available. There is a petrol pump right next to the cafe and on the other side there is another food outlet or mall of sorts.

It is a lovely place to spend some time to talk and relax. Food is good and the main attraction is the ambience. Any one who walks inn would feel as if this is neither Hyderabad nor India. This is on other country feels come in there. I recommend it for a group of friends who are planning to meet up and spend some time together.

Coffee is as good as any other coffeeday but they don't accept any wallets and surprisingly even the card was not accepted. So just check your vallet before entering.

Clean toilets, good outside space to sit. Also allows dogs in outside sitting. Helped me a lot during the rains

This is one of the most conveniently located store on Hyderabad to Vijayawada highway and I wish they had good service. This is the most pathetic coffee day I ever visited. I don't think staff is ever trained on being a barista or on customer service. Most of the time, store has a weird odor and not very clean.

Was over charged. The guy at the counter was not ready to accept it easily. Slightly old food, not heated properly even. Bad Experience.

Lots of flies the day i visited. Menu card was just a piece of paper which has no value because what ever i asked, items were not available.

Superb location on Vijayawada Highway, with Homely interiors and well furnished, as usual tasty coffee

I ordered cappuccino to takeaway. They didn't offer sugar sachets.

Silent place to have a coffee (alone or with company) peacefully.

I visit this CCD when I come for a ride on this highway.

Please carry correct cash because if suppose you buy food of worth Rs. 90/- and gave a Rs. 100/- the clerk or the counter guy will not give Rs. 10/- back (I faced it couple of times). People might think what happens if he/she did not give the change back, it is not a loss. But single penny does count.

All the time restrooms are under maintenance.
