We used CallHealth's service for bed side attendant for an elderly person at home. CallHealth team deployed trained person who took care of daily hygiene, grooming and providing required assistance to the patient. They collected timely feedback and course corrected anything which came up. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Will suggest my friends & colleagues for care giver services.

Call Health team is very professional. The customer service persons were very good and helped to book the order and ensured the blood samples were collected on time. They have sent an SMS also from order booking till we get our reports. This is really good way to connect with customers. Good job Call Health!

Pathetic Service by Call Health.

I booked Cortisol test with Call Health and paid in advance. This is a dual test with one test in the morning 8 AM & another at 5 PM. This should be done together on the same day.

The morning sample was collected by call health. No body turned up for afternoon test. When I called up the assigned technician, he is on leave. Then I called their call center. They promised to send someone else immediately. They assigned a new technician and that guy also didn't turn up. When I again called up the call center, they said they will arrange someone else. But no body turned up. After 6 PM someone from call health calls up to say that they don't have enough people in the afternoon shift. I asked them why they took the order in that case. They guy has no answer. He disconnects saying that his supervisor will call in 15 minutes to process refund etc. But his supervisor didn't call.

Now I need to followup to get refund. I have to try Tata 1mg or some other service provider get these tests done.

Call Health used to be good earlier and I have availed their service many times in the past. My last two experiences with Call Health has been pathetic. I recommend avoiding them!

Pathetic service.they have collected the samples for basic renal function test and could not deliver reports even after 36 hours even after repeated assurances from their telecallers. Only excuse is technical issue. We missed our appointment with the Nephrologist because of this poor service by Call Health. Their telecallers will always insist for aligning with SRL Diagnostics which is again an irresponsible vendor.

Findings such a great app for medical assistant in this situation is really helpful. Recommend every one to use it once. You'll find really great medical help without stepping out.

Its a bad experience with CallHealth. Though the sample collection time is scheduled on 28 April 2021, until I called to customer care there is no call or message from CallHealth team. The guy I spoke has been re-scheduled to 29 April 2021, even on 2nd day no call or message until I called to customer care. Finally I cancelled and got service from other service provider. CallHealth Should not promise your customers when you don't fulfill your promises.
