The hotel seems like 3 star property with restaurant and bar within the premises. Location is very easy to find and located in a prime location on main road. The service and food were upto the mark
Room service is very very very poor.even drinking water supply on request to room takes hours. In the room there is no tele information card to which number to dial to make order. Room cleaning is also not up to the standards. Tea cups (used) not removed until checkout. The reply from staff is very adamant and careless. They feel guest is wrong. Complaint/Suggestion book also not available with front desk. When asked for the same they dodged. Not worth for the money charged.
Mr. Shiva pal singh is big useless fellows don't keep in this fellow in this hotel for your well being of this hotel he is not supposed to be in hospitality industry he ditched us lot he betrayed and make us cry in outside road in hour even after he isn't provided room and asked extra charges in different way. Also at breakfast we are totally disappointed with their late approach and even no water provided. When we asked about rooms he said rooms are fully booked and he make us awaited and he asked charges accordingly also when we see in online there are plenty of rooms available then we booked hotel online with less price this is the way running hotel.
Not that great for taste. Meals are slightly expensive too. Tiffins are good. Another fancy place. Don't know about hotel rooms. We went there for eating.
Trash service. The AC is centrally controlled and they keep switching it off whenever they like causing a huge trouble to those staying. People in the room have no control over the air conditioning. Really sad to see that they are not switching the ac on at all times even after taking a deluxe room and it being the hottest summer of Warangal. Really disappointed. I would advise you to choose a different place to stay if you were ever to come to hanamakonda
Worst service and maintenance There is no coordination between staff and in front of me manager and front office staff are fighting for bill to check wt a shame on u people plz go and study hotel management course again for proper service and basic In banquets hall service staff they don’t no how to serve food in plates they are bring directly rice. The hotel is full of reaping and water leakage and no proper water taps etc I have booked 11rooms for marriage on 21and 22nd may all worst waste of money spending for this room and food
I cisited with my family mates as a gathering, We ordered an Onion dosa, but the Onions we got are spoiled with typical smell, Literally i want to quarrel with him but i just cancelled the order as my familymates are present all over there.
The serving was very very slow. I never encountered such slow services never before and they took 30min.fir idlu and 20min.for Dosa
One of the best hotel in Hanmakonda, I would like to rate as high in the city, comparable and other aspects it's high standards best place to be for higher class with quality food, cost also little high end only, purely for above high class not for middle and low.
One of the costly place to stay in warangal the food is not delicious and takes a lot of time. I ordered chicken biryani and mutton biryani at 7 pm they served me 9.30 pm.
Worst service ever. Brought all the food, forgot to bring he plates. One of the biggest restaurants in warangal, yet half of the items are unavailable.
Interesting hotel In Werengel. Looks elegant on the outside. Lacking on the inside.
Executive suites were not available. And all the rooms only have 1king bed. No 2 beds. Casegood were worn down with markings. TV did not work. Bathrooms need updating. Out of all the countries and hotels I visited India has the worst bathrooms unfortunately. Staff was friendly, but service and facility did not seem to match the grand image the exterior if the building posed.
Breakfast was great nonveg options. Dosa, idli, samber, tea, toast, chai. They turn the AC off in the lobby breakfast area after bfast closes. And the Elevator Brooke down.also there was a musty Moldy smell in my room and had some mold in the bathroom I would inspect.
With a little care andwork this place could be better hotel people rave about.
Y should there be a picture of a men and the other lady after the supreme court ruled we are not supposed to answer to the hotel people!? Way to damnnned
Very nice hotel. Friendly staffs, and be better if the cooks learn the Indonesian cuisine like simple “telor dadar”, since I am staying here for the next couple of days.
We had worst experience here in this hotel.our guests from abroad lost their valuables in the room and there was no enquiry made by the management. Manager has been hopeless and there were no working CC tv cameras.trust me it a very bad experience to our guests in their first time visit to India
Good place to stay. Booked this hotel via Oyo. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was very good and tasty. Will recommend this to people visiting Warangal.
Very small room Worst service they think given better accommodation but actually it's not. Washroom tap not working, if u ask for anything.it takes more than an hour to bring. Cleaning - not cleaning completely, if u will stay in room then only cleaning will be complete otherwise each and other day missing something Very low cost blankets they r using no standards Behaviour of staffs very rare u find here good. The worst thing they don't allow outside food to have in your room. I mean u can't judge cx taste and if they don't like your rest. Taste.u can't force someone to eat in ur rest. Breakfast - if u will ask other than dosa, idli.they will not be having.no chicken, omlet.but the funny thing they have boiled egg. No juice.
In this cost other options are also available where u r satisfied with the service which everyone is looking for.
