This place has value for money. Staff is good and helps you throughout. The rooms are decent.

It's a best place for vegetarian food I was always been going to this restaurant since from my childhood with my family it's a good place for dine

Food is Okay! Also has a Good Customer base. But it lacks service. Only one Manager and one Waiter. That's it. Have to wait for a long time to give order and get your food.

One of the best hotel in secunderabad for pure vegetarian food and for limited guest funcations.

Location is in a bylane & at walkable distance from Paradise, the famous place for Biryani.
Construction / renovation work is in progress.
Budget hotel but not worth staying. Poorly maintained rooms, small vegetarian restaurant that serves average food at above average price, incompetent front desk manager & very poor sense of service / hospitality. There are better hotels at this price range, on the main road.
This hotel does not value its customers.

Value for money hotel. Fairly good quality of rooms. Good restaurant on ground floor. Enough parking with a Valet option. Courtious staff in the hotel including the security guards. Cleanliness is fairly good. Location is the biggest plus of this hotel.

Went to attend a function in the banquet hall in 4th or 5th floor. Banquet hall is decent. Not sure about the rooms. Food was ok, though not sure whether the catering was from the hotel or outsiders. It's a very old hotel and definitely not part of the Taj group. Parking is very limited in front of the hotel but they have valet parking - not sure how many vehicles they can accommodate. Overall, it's OK.

Worst customer service.
All is bad because the night manager is worst with customers.
Though I booked a place on an app but I booked a hotel room.
I just wanted to do early checkin and called for information and he disconnected my call and when called back again he informed he will block my number.
Worst Belson Taj Hotel.
When we book a place now they play a game asking call Oyo and Oyo says call the hotel.
Now they say they dont have any rooms and now no one is ready to refund our amount.

Though dishes are okay, the service is too slow as the time taken for preparing the food is too high.

We went for appam. Not there. Service was slow. Food taste has gone down. I guess covid has impacted the business adversely.

Food is really bad, poor ambiance and poor hygiene. Biryani tastes like street style fried rice, curd rice is sour and smells like 2 days old.

Its close to highway. Neat & clean. Tidy, cool & calm place. Service is prompt, andvtastes suit my taste buds.cost doesnot hole the pocket. Only problem is parkingbin the area.

This hotel could use some serious maintenance! Rooms are clean but okay. You can't miss that old smell the hotel emanates. The food is good though. Not sure if this a veg only restaurant but I could see only vegetarian option in the menu card, which was great for me being a Vegetarian. The hotel is located in a main area so you are close to almost all that you need. Good place to stay for a day or two but consider other options if you are someone who expects a royal treatment.

It is traditional good hotel.it's food is really good.even its waiters are like our relatives.their service is superb.

The place is not what it used to be. Have been frequenting the place for more than 18-20 years now. The quality of food has gone from bad to worse. Service also has not improved. Many food items listed in the menu were not available. The lavatories are very poorly maintained and the gents lavatory was stinking with the urinal pots leaking, all this during a pandemic time when cleanliness is of utmost importance. The only reason I visit it still is its a genuine Vegetarian joint and a place where I have fond memories of spanning over 20 years!

A request to the Hotel management. Please maintain the cleanliness and don't compromise on the quality of food for which you were once known. The crowds will throng you once again!

Very good family place. Only vegetarian and the dishes are quite good. Oils need to be checked.

Been to this restaurant quite a few times and so my review will be limited to the restaurant and not the accomodation hotel.

This is a vegetarian restaurant. Valet parking is available and so the fuss of parking our car on the busy road is taken care by them. The staff are friendly and responsive. Not all are proficient in speaking local language. Standard items taste good. Bissibella bath / bissi belle bath tastes very good. Prices are reasonable considering competition. Waiting times are also almost non existent. Dahi-Wada is something I've ordered once and wouldn't order again. Other standard breakfast / lunch items taste good. It's a good restaurant to visit on a fine Saturday evening.

What you will not like would be that complementary breakfast guests are made to sit aside, in a corner. Also not proper supply of consumables were there. I found it OK place and not great.

It is a good hotel located in secunderabad. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are decent at the price point. Some of the rooms are a bit old and need maintenance. There is a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. The food is delicious. You can plan your sightseeing easily as the hotel is centrally located.

Do not visit this play. Too dirty rooms and toilets. Never change blankets. Staff is rude. Sometime not accept oyo booking.

I have been visiting belsons occasionally right from 2002, this is a fantastic place for vegetarians, tasty food, very decent ambience and friendly staff add to its charm!

It's good for staying and has nyc service, but wifi is troubling lightly, it's disconnected sometimes and net is loading at low speed, so rest of it excellent and has heater, tv, wifi and also extra items like water bottles are given while staying and also room service also works fine, but responding time is little bit delay, rest all is well, so for 5 stars i give 3.9-4.1 rating

Heard the reviews from here that the standard dropped but don't believe them so tried it myself, liked the Belson Taj special thali, except for the tomato soup.
The washroom was not neat as it was maintained 10 years back

I ordered Malai kofta, it price me about 265Rs it is ok to be costly but it should taste good. It is not tasting good, the chef added so much ginger that we can't feel we are eating Malai kofta, we feel that we are ginger kofta. I request the restaurant please change name of Malai kofta to ginger kofta.guys my suggestion is to don't waste money in this restaurant and don't order food from this restaurant. In this price you will good food outside. Never order food from this restaurant.

Good hotel with Good service, it was located beside Taj Tristar near patny centre. Little far from Secunderabad Railway Station but very pleasant stay.

This is very nice vegetarian restaurant. On 1st January 2020 our family had lunch. Varieties of lunch and dinner systems suit to every one's purse organized by this hotel. The food was tasty and we had sumptuous lunch. We do observe this Hotel has Buffet Lunch at reasonable and affordable cost.
Earlier we have attended several functions in the halls located on the top floors. We also had reception functions of my relatives in this Hotel. Food and other logistics was good. It is a nice and enjoyable vegetarian hotel with affordable cost near swimming pool Secunderabad.

Neat and hygiene place.staff was very polite and friendly.had small issue while staying but staff was quick to resolve issue.great place to stay if you are with kids.

My experience of stay at Belson Taj was good. Specially the support from room cleaning service department, reception and valet parking guys. Restraunt food is pure veg and tasty. These staff members take care in case of any inconvenience if you ask them politely.

My only concern is the switch boards and lights in rooms which the management has to check and maintain.

Please feel free to walk in and book the place directly for stay if possible and AVOID OYO service. OYO booking experience is extremely poor and bad.

I stayed here for three nights. Even though I checked in late night it was very smooth. The front office staff were very co-operative and helpful especially tthe owner. They even arranged breakfast earley than their normal time on my request. The room assistance also was very good.

The room was neat, clean and very spacious with a Kingsize bed with a very good quality bed spread. The washroom was well maintained with 24 hours hot water. The only improvement I recommend is for the AC. Though it was working well the remote system was not working well which made the temp adjustment difficult.

The Veg restaurant there is a wonderful one serving very good quality and very tasty veg food. The service was great and I really enjoyed the food there.

Overall experience was excellent and I recommend this hotel for families

Not Good, Noise from backside of room for cleaning utensils was unbearable and after complaining at counter nobody had listened and not changed the room, 4 to 5 days staying was horrible.we thought that we have booked by OYo and paid in advance that was we were suffering in such kind of room alloted on first floor. Totally horrible not forgettable even after booked the hotel in main area though location was good

Good place for a quick stay, well maintained rooms and ambience. The quality of food is much better as I heard.

Inefficient Night Receptionist. Not worth Capital O standards of OYO, room and reception. Very cheap; the night manager is reluctant to provide complimentary water bottles for each day of stay, and rudely shrugged and refused to assist.

I stayed here with my spouse on 15th and 16th June 2019. Our over all experience was bad.

We have stayed in many OYO partner hotels in multiple cities and opted for the same when we travelled to Hyderabad because we always had good experience.

In our opinion this property doesn't qualify for "Capital O" category. We have seen better facilities in OYO properties which are below this level. The building is comparatively old and we felt its not value for money.

Most of their staffs are hopeless and rude in nature. We have seen two staffs - one front desk person and a wallet parking driver, helpful and very polite to customers.

The mobile number given in the OYO portal is of an employee who has left the hotel an year ago (this person was good in handling customers though). Unfortunately, we had to call to the hotel reception to check the feasibility of early check-in and got very rude response. We do understand early check-in may not be feasible always, but the way they communicated was not professional at all.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you ask for it. Toiletries and complimentary water bottles are given only on demand.
AC was useless, noisy like a helicopter and there was no remote to control it. We had to step on to the table and turn on/off. When we asked for a remote, the answer we got was "no remote sir".

There is a restaurant in the ground floor and food they served was really good. The behaviour of restaurant staffs were comparatively good.

We wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. Unless someone needs to stay near to this area - Parade Ground metro station.

A good three star hotel with wifi facilities in each floor. Has its own dining facilities. Is near to the market for easy shopping. Has hotels nearby which are good too.

This review is for the restaurant. Very popular for South Indian breakfast items, Thali Lunch and Thali Dinner. A la carte items also available. But, their Thali is the better option.

Attended a small family gathering here. The banquet halls are suitable for small events, nothing so fancy. Food was surprisingly good.

Nice place to stay. Hygienic rooms and food is ok. But washrooms maintenance can be improved. Function hall is also available.

Belsons Taj has been around for a while and it's surely a go-to place for guests who visit. Great food for the price you pay. It's located very close to the patny area. Very accessible.

Good Veg Options and they have a small banquet hall for various trainning/function hall requirement.

Good hotel to stay! Rooms are spacious and well maintained! Even it has got restaurant on the ground floor (it's purely vegetarian)! And very hygiene! Even staff is cooperative! Located inside main road! No issue of traffic nuisance! Parking is good! ¡! ;;!

It was a good stay.hygiene room. Food are great. The famous Paradise biryani (restaurant) is just 5 min walk. Just besides the Paradise circle there is a market which is best for window shopping. Great street food are available.

A very good place to eat. They serve a wide variety of food here and the taste is soo nice. And also they only vegetarian food here. A very good place for family time
