This hotel is far more expensive compared to the amenities provided. The rooms are small and smelly. The ceiling fan was making noise and the AC was not working well. No choice for breakfast, one has to eat what the hotel provides. I have experienced a far better experience in other hotels by paying Rs 3200/ night.
I had an bad experience in this hotel. I booked the room through online. When I checkin, I found that room was smell like anything, not so clean and hygienic. Immediately I talk to the reception and paid 943 rs extra to upgrade the room. After enter in to suite room, I found that AC is not working in Suite room.whole night I couldn’t able to sleep at all.hotel persons are offering to go to normal room for AC and they are not ready to repay the extra amount also. Very bad experience and I suggest please don’t select this hotel if you want to have a comfort stay.not worth for money.
Very disappointed about room charges.too much high for new person, actual price is low. Someone getting 1600/- and some one getting 2700/- for same room. This is worst deal in this hotel
I had booked a room in this hotel but at last moment they told me they don't have rooms and tried upgrading me to a suite room, which was in the worst condition too. The team at the hotel front office and the manager are very rude. Their suit room is also maintained very badly.
I booked 1 room for two guests. The invoice that came after booking confirmation had only one guest.when i called hotel they said they wouldn’t allow 2nd guest. When I asked why it changes from 2 guests to 1 guest, they asked me to check with Agoda. They demanded me to pay for the second guest. The staff at front desk were rude. Breakfast was mentioned as complimentary but they denied.
I would have given even lower rating or a negative rating if there is an option. Hopeless unfriendly people with no customer centricity. We booked a room for 2 nights stay on goibibo for 10th and 11th Dec 2022. We had a booking confirmation voucher and tax invoice. When I reached the property with family and asked the receptionist for checking she was reluctant to even raise her head and reply. After asking 4 to 5 times she told in a very cool tone your checkin in cannot be done as we sold all the rooms to someone else. I asked about our booking don't on their agent app. They say they are not aware of money paid to goibibio. They don't value the India Contract Act and Information Technology Act. Then the property manager came and says he sold all rooms and cannot accommodate us despite having a conformed booking. He left us on roads despite having a conformed booking and says he informed goibibo and they didn't inform me. They have to show us alternate accommodation. I asked him why should I even think of going to another property when I chose it from available options. He has no answer. Then he connected me to Mr Amit Anand whom the property manager claims as regional head for the property from Oyo. He also told me the same story and says I have to call the help contact in booking voucher and they will give me alternative accommodation. Both the manager and Amit Anand took an alternative hotel name which is rated lower then the property we chose and we selected this property over that one which which they are offering as it's not liked by me. They didn't accept and finally spoke as they are doing me a favour discussing with me despite making full payment. Finally we were left on road and it was raining. We reached the property driving for 9 hours from Bangalore and this is the horrible experience we had at the hotel. Mr Amit Anand says they overbooked the property and are leaving me on roads as I came late in order of priority despite having a confirmed booking and making full payment. Such a horrible experience for 2 hours and such a horrible people. No commonsense and customer centricity. I don't suggest this property to anyone.
This place was budget friendly to me it just cost me 2500rs for the single roo. But had to single beds so that was very good benefits.and if you are going as a couple they have many options for yòu.as i was coming from a long way i had to stay at night so at 12am i got that hotel evry staff was very good and helping.smile on thier face that gave me some good vibes.
We stay in apartment which is behind the restaurant every one gets so irritated with the irritating noise that comes from the restaurant we cannot concentrate on studies because of that loud noise all day n night we have to suffer with the noise we even cannot take proper rest
I visited Hoyasala Inn today but the receptionist made me sit for 15 mins without attending. Even when we were walking out after waiting, he was least bothered to ask or stop us. Receptionist like these guys will ruin the reputation of the hotel. Be careful
Room is neat and clean.no issues regarding that for me.and one of the receptionist the name of riya, she is a nice girl, she is very helpful and charming and supportive.visit this property.talk to this girl.such a beautiful and nice person.
Worst service refill water servicing in drinking purpose not sealed bottle, only for TV in room no channels in there in setup box us to in reception team sir only free channels available, anyone not response in properly every word in rudely behaviour very vast
Room is neat & clean. No Tea/Coffee machine available in room, Even though the hotel is located in Telangana, none of the Telugu channels except free news channels are broadcasted. Online it shows breakfast is included, but we get the breakfast at 9.00 am. If any office going person, you have to skip the breakfast. Body lotion quality is very poor
Rooms are near and clean and no issues regarding that for me. I stayed for 14 days but price is bit on high side compared to room standard. Moreover they need to provide more options in their complimentary breakfast option. Literally for 14 days I was given just two idlis with either 2 small Vada or 2 Mysore bhajji.
Nice ambience and Supporting staff. Stayed for almost 7 days without any issues. Riya was super supportive, Thanks for providing such a nice hospitality.
This are the worst service providers. They dont even provide invoices for stay. Are they really running hotel business or something else, need to investigate.
I booked for two days.and price was almost 2400 for two person.inculiding brakefast.as compared to the prices with service providers price is very high.service like normal lodge.even they are provide breakfast from outside.its very worst experience. I recommend this hotel if you get this hotel in 1000 to 1300 price range.
Only Infra is ok.other things specially service is worst ever. Service member have no scense about to deal with guest and have no idea what to put whr. Brkfast is also not good.same brkfast for whtever the day you stay here.recommend not to stay here.

No frills business hotel. The in house restraunt is quite decent. The bed seemed a bit too big for the room. Rooms are not as sound proof as you would like them. Breakfast was simple and filling. Staff was helpful.
I visited Hoysala Inn for a one night stay at hyderabad. Hotel rate is affordable. Breakfast free option is there. Its a newly built hotel and I can feel the freshness of paint smell there. Room was neat and properly cleaned. Bathroom was good. Hot water facillity is available. Good lift facilities available. Room service has to be improved.
