Cleanliness and smell is just the worst at this hospital. Called the helpline to book an appointment, that idiot on the phone told the doctor will be available from 11 Am, reached there 10: 45 Am and the staff tells us doctor won't be here before 12: 30 pm. Clueless staff don't even know what times the doctor is available. Unnecessarily have to wait for the doctor to even arrive.

Any hospital starts with all earnestness to provide best services to its patients. Doctors qualification and experience is overall good. However over a period of time the staff let's you down because of their own issues and 'Chalta hai attitude ' which needs to be curbed and removed. Currently the issues haunting Care Nampally are trivial but have significant impact on its customer satisfaction.
1. Starting with the call centre providing appointment, doesn't have a clue about the availability of doctors. The doctors PA doesn't update the call centre about their OPD timings and availability.
2. Inadequate display boards about doctors OPD timings.
3. Pharmacy doesn't stock medicines prescribed by doctors.
4. Inadequate parking space.
5. Inadequate and inappropriate waiting space for attenders.

I would have given 5 star if your security guard behaviour is good, when the hospital have there good staff and doctors to help other's or patients same place u guy's have bad security guards also there behaviour is so rude, when ask them about washrooms they shown me canteen washroom, am very surprised that the hospital has this type of washroom when i ask them any one use this type of washroom or did u use this typ of washroom they rudely and aggressively answer me that who are you to asking us and ready to fight, i really felt very bad when u guys have such very good doctor or other side have this type of security services, very bad experience

It's a common review in regards to all the so called corporate hospitals running like machines built to make money, health is nowhere a concern for them. This is an ongoing process and doesn't necessarily mean doctors involvement. Few places like hospitals and people munching money in the name of treatment and death unethically should be treated with utmost brutal force by the God above (if any)

As there is no video consultation available for doctor and i being the person who lives in canada was the hardest thing to reach out to my doctor in care nampally

In care hospital nampally my mother was admitted frequently. In micu 2 nursing staff reshma, bermin, prathap, sainu and all the staff taking care very good and nursing incharge mrs deepa is all good.housekeeping staff also working good. Excellent service in hospital

One of the known hospital in Hyderabad as everyone says, but according to my knowledge one of the worst hospital i have seen in my life, as my mother got admitted under Dr Ramakrishna, Cardiologist on 26: 11: 2021 due to cardiac arrest, she got admitted, done Angio, said that stunt should be placed, we said Ok, patient shifted to ward from ICU, patient was very active, responding well, everything was perfectly alright, but the day on 30: 11: 2021, they said we are going to keep stunt today, we said Ok, till shifted to OT patient was talking and responding well, exactly we don't know what happened in OT, sudden doctor came and said that heart is not working, We need explanation but no body given and declared dead. I request to all of them please don't go to this stupid hospital ever in your life. They are playing with human life.

Neither patient nor the attendant is given the clarity on the treatment carried on. They have the daily targets which needs to be achieved.

Dr. Anand Mallu (General Medicine) way of talking, receiving our queries are excellent.
Medical Treatment is good there is no doubt on it.
Staff sisters daily basis and every hour checking is awesome.
Tablets and injections regular check up is good.
Over all my experience is very good and fully satisfied.

My mother got diagnosed for a tumour on acoustic nerve. Dr. Narsimhulu, Dr. Vamsi & Dr. Satish are the part of expert and experienced neurological surgery team who took care of the critical surgery. Surgery was 100% successful. We felt very comfortable in their hands.
Post surgery care in the hospital was also very good. Nursing staff and services were also very good.

Best hospital in twin cities for heart related ailments primarily. Both my parents and friends and relatives are taking treatment here. Experienced doctors and reasonable price for tests compared to other corporate hospitals.

I came with my child 7yrs old for medical Gastroenterology dept. It was a terrible experience. No appointment. Just walk in. The nurses rule the system/order of sending patients making all hera pheri. Really disgusted with their behaviour. CARE banjara and gachibowli is ok. Never go to Care Nampally. Since last 16 years i am visiting CARE. I underwent Bi-pass heart surgery in 2005. Reguĺarly consulting Dr Nirmalkumar. I am well taken care of. Mrs. Rani asst. Is very kind and provide information overphone as we cannot disturb The Doctor always. A good hospital with lots of hospitality. I thank Dr. Nirmalkumar an exceptional person for his relentless service any time to any pationt. Wish CARE HOSPITAL serve people in the coming ages.

Good Hospital. With Experience Doctors. The Only Problem Faced Was Waiting Hall Is Not Upto The Mark. Poor Ambience.

Though the registration/consulation part is tiresome, the in-patient services and treatment are good. Maintaince of facility, behaviour of nursing staff and house keepers is laudable.

I've been a visitor at CARE Nampally for last 7years and trust the Doctors here. Recently I had to visit and get my husband admitted for covid19. This was first time I had inpatient experience. He was admitted immediately without any delay, immediate treatment was started. He was taken care by Dr. Anand Malu. Dr. Anand was really very helpful and took immediate steps that were needed for treatment. My husband was in Critical Care for more than 40 days and was really critical at times. It was stressful period for the family, but Dr. Anand handled our situation very nicely and I had daily counseling by him about patients condition. He kept us informed about the upcoming plans, which was indeed helpful. Entire covid critical care team and medical critical care team was highly alert. Dr. Anand was always available on call, even late night. Even security services team is supportive. I'm completely satisfied with CARE Team. Thanks to entire Doctor's team, much respect.

Treatment given to my son was excellent, inspite of insurance i had to shell out 55,000. My complaint regarding few issues was resolved quickly by PR MADHU. She promptly addressed my issue, very polite and professional. She helped me out many times, Care nampally has got the best PR and thankful to Mohd. GHOUSE for timely response

Today is my second visit still experiencing the worst thing from the hospital.no proper parking no proper response from the secretaries no proper time for doctors but collecting high fees.

Even open heart surgery patients also Waiting for doctors too much time. No proper response the staff. They make us roaming ground floor to 2nd floor. No chance to explain our situation and rudy behaviour

Hospital located in city centre, and connected by good transport facilities. Critical care facilities and timely response of doctors is excellent. Critical care cost is reasonable. Little care regarding upkeep of hospital is required. Parking and canteen facilities need to be taken care.

I'm a chronic Migraine patient. I went to consult Dr. Bimal Prasad at Care Nampally. First they are charging Rs950 consultation fee which is overpriced for that hospital which was more like a Govt hospital inside. Dr. Bimal Prasad blatantly denied the existence of my Disease. He is totally incompetent and comes up with preconceived notions. I truly wasted my time and money going to Care. There might be some other great doctors but I certainly won't recommend Dr. Bimal Prasad for any Neuro issues. I would give nagative rating if possible.

I have taken appointment for my mother in law who is 88 yrs old for Dr. Gpv subbaiah sir on 25 _02_20 for next day. With great difficulty we took her to d hospital. On reaching there they told us that Docter has canceled his visit today. It would have been better if they informed us regarding his visit cancellations so that would not have gone to the hospital and unnecessary suffering to her. Really felt very bad for d care hospital service.

Please dont go to this hospital, especially the emergency department is worst. The head is a lady called Dr. SEEMA PULLA, she is the incharge there in main position, she denied admission to my uncle who was in heart failure early stages. We took him to Dr. SASTRY (well known cardiologist) of care nampally. He said my uncle needs admission immediately because his heart is week, but this lady was VVVV Rude and loud mouth, She screamed from her cabin saying "send them to OP ". Waiting at the OP my uncle became v. Serious, then this Dr. Sastry finally came and scolded her and asked for admitting him. I have known this hospital for 15 yrs. And all my family members find comfort and care coming. But this lady is newly appointed 4 yrs back i believe. Shes very rude and insulting. If i want to talk to her i should wait near her cabin, she will be doing some stuff with her mobile. Once i asked her about my patient condition, she had an amazon parcel delivered here. So she ignored me and became busy with her order. I left that cabin. I lost my uncle after few days. The blame of his death goes to Dr. Seema. Indeed the worst faculty of care nampally. Please repalce her with efficient staff.

They could do treatment without tie her hands legs by puting extra nurses.

We have taken a consultation from last three years, it's doctors are good quite little but the management is very worst, they are money minded, my doctor is ready to operate the patient but the management was denied to take admission because of low benefits in CGHS tarriff. Finally my experience is that, doctor is operated by the management people only,

Very bad experience doctor not available but they will charge fees, they have made emergency unit like commedy show staff laughing loudly, they send to Emergency and do tests but for reports they said to come after two days, then why should i go in emergency.small suggestion if u gave good service he will tell less than ten persons if u give bad service to patient he will tell to more than 200 persons

Landline numbers will never work, y i don't know, plz give correct landline numbers, by seeing this i came to know they are irresponsible, please behave like responsible citizen

Very bad services, no time punctuality. Doctor is very careless. Hospital management provides wrong information. I was called to take appointment I was aid that three gynaecologist will be available from 10: 30 to 3pm. I reached hospital by 10: 20, but doctor don't come till 12: 30noon. When asked management, no proper response is given. Very disappointed. No care for patients.

My mother got treated here for ball glader stones.they removed ball glader itself, life time treatment.but she is doing well now. Thanks to its doctors.

We have been coming here care nampally from last 5 yrs. But do it never listen to the patient attendant. They see only patient. Do not know their especially senior doctor attitude. Attendents means patient family members. Those who know the best about the patient. Attendent Feel more happy when concern doctors speaks about the patient condition with family members (attendents) in few minutes at the time of rounds.so bad opinion i have on sr doctors.

This hospital is only for rich peoples not for middle class peoples doctors will behave better if you are ready to pay their fees which is too high if you need suggestion from any doctor you have to pay doctor consult fee first then only doctor will have a word with you only for like 4 to 5 minutes then doctor will tell you to go and discuss with his assistant they charge too much money from patient for them patient is like customer pathetic hospital they are doing business not service
