My wife joined in Care hospital due to heart and bp complications during pregnancy. Doctors treated and did operation and removed premature baby. My wife is doing fine now the baby is in NICU. I liked the systematic approach and availability of all stream doctors at a single place. It was a panic situation only but the Manjula madam and her team and other specialist doctors treatment was appreciable and I recommend this hospital. Of course this is a corporate hospital and little costly only. Insurance is must for treatment in this hospital. I liked the cleanliness, security and attitude of doctors in this hospital.

Treatment and diagnosis is really good. Doctor Nirmal Kumar sir (Cardiology) has explained the problem very clearly and diagnosed the issue with Clear study and evaluation. We strongly recommend him for treating any cardiotic issues. Nursing care is good. Improvements needed on hospital office staff. In terms of admission guidance to patient attendees. Doctor assistants are always reachable (Ajay) which is appreciated.

Care nampally hospital is the best hospital. Dr. Hussaini nephrologist is excellent in her services

Parking problem.except parking remaining all good.care banjarahills road no 1 is should provide parking.

I already paid for the consultation but then they asked me to pay it again even though only one consultation happened, they forcefully took my O. P Card i hope you reply to this or I'm going public with this statement. This is pure movie villian stuff

First doctor is a really friendly he is a really excellent treatment given, this is my second experience thank you neurology doctor Muralidhar Reddy sir.

Doctors (Dr. Prashant patil) and his team was excellent, ICU service was too good.after shifting to general ward staff was not active as they should be.

This is an absolute s*** of an hospital and is not worthy to be considered as one of the top hospitals in Hyderabad at all. The so called private rooms do not have a phone line, a table for the patient to have food, no cupboards/shelves to store things, no bed for the attender, instead a small sofa is provided. The worst of all is that there is no equipment to monitor the vital stats constantly. When question this the response is that they check the vitals every 4 hours. Absolute pathetic hospital and a waste of space. All this for a private room for which they charge 35k-40k per night for anyone with a insurance.
The nurses don't even know what's going on in their floor and what medicines are to be given and when.
The washrooms, the cafeteria, all other facilities are an absolute joke.
Had to request everything multiple times, like having to administer medicines on time, for which they delayed by couple of hours. Not sure what bunch of jokers are running this so called "hospital" but the government should do everyone a service and revoke their license.
Visited many hospitals in Hyderabad, but this is the worst of all.
Avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

Housekeeping service regarding service are good and clean and auamma and boys are good and they are giving good service like cleanliness of room and wash rooms, water facility arrangements and also they are very polite to answer thank u so much for housekeeping service

Best place for pediatric cardiology and surgery, with the help of Dr prashant Patil sir we have done our babies device closure, not even in clinical point of view sir has helped financially too, Thank you sir and whole team of Care children's heart institute

There is no proper parking area after they charging money for parking. Special parking adviser are not responding properly they are speaking improperly. My suggestion is better change the rules and provide sufficient parking space. Hear there is no feeding room to feed baby it is a bit inconvenience. In canteen they are charging more amount I don't think they are not providing proper quantity of food as they are charging too much.

My exprinence in care hospital is very good. All doctors and hospital staff are very nice behavior. Special Physical Therapy Team Dr. Michal, Dr. Priyanka and Dr. Jayasuriya was very nice nd cooperative.

You would not find these prices anywhere (that high). In patient charges are a scam. Grbs costs 600 rupees. It is 50 rupees elsewhere though the strips are a bit costly 600rs is a joke. 35000 rupees for twin sharing but the rooms are worse and are not even worth 15000 rs. The only good part about this hospital is doctors are highly qualified, which makes outpatient good but do not get admitted to this hospital look elsewhere and save your money. A doctors perspective

First time we visited to Care hospital and
Dr. Sudhakar (cardiologist) explained of the health condition of my brother very well nd he is a kind nature dr for that purpose only given 5 rating now Let's pray for good health nd wealth to my brother thanks to Dr.

This rating is purely for the consultation time taken to see the doctor. (pc.gupta). It's drastically bad and does not benefit patient in any ways. It was felt that customers time is not respected. Being a corporate hospital and though we took an appointment in advance, we had to wait for 3.5 to reach the doctors room and 30minutes wait for doctor to enter the room after preconsultation. WHY is the patients time not respected, why there is no appointment or token system? It seems there is lot of multitasking going on for doctors to move between rooms for the patients but it doesn't help in anyways infact makes it worst experience

We met Dr, G Rama Subrahmayam Garu, Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon for bypass surgery for patient Smt T. Pankaja based on the advice of Dr. B. K. S Sastry garu, Cardiologist. The surgery and the hospital stay went off well without complications. We wholeheartedly thank DR JRS and Dr BKS for the same.

The Surgeons/Doctors and their team (Dr HArsha, Dr. Venkatesh, Dr Sruti,) were all very nice and patient enough to explain the things to us. The Co-ordinator Shri Prasad garu arranged the meetings well. The Cardiac -ICU Staff including the doctors, nurses and other helping staff took care of the patient well. The security lady (Ms. P.) posted outside the cardiac ICU needs a special mention. While she did not allow any one to go inside unnecessarily, she co-ordinated well between the impatient attendants outside and hospital staff inside to convey the well-being of the patient in the ICU. The Physiotherapist, Dietician, staff nurses in the ward - 6th Floor (Room 614 side) were all very co-operative and understanding to the needs of the patient. The Insurance and Billing staff were also very helpful and co-ordinated the things well.

Having said all the above, the overall billing for the surgery was too high. The total bill was so high that even after possessing insurance coverage, we had to shell out a sizeable amount from our pocket. (We are aware that total expenditure is never completely covered under insurance and that we need to shell out certain amount. But the amount paid by us here was huge). The estimate given to us and final bill had vast difference though no specific complications were encountered and no extra utilities were used during or after the surgery. The hospital perhaps has to relook the charges since it has to provide affordable treatment to the patients, who visit such hospitals for availing the treatment from good doctors.

Overall, the experience has been fairly good though we had to undergo the trauma related to surgery and billing.

My wife had delivery at care hospital banjara hills. Doctor Rajini madam service is remarkable.we admitted under CGHS Scheme.they didn't charged extra and unnecessary charges.we are very happy for care hospital services.

Few doctors like dr. Srinivasulu are good and responsible to their best. Hospital management is too worst. They could not manage to arrange one iron injection since morning and no clue on ETA. They are surviving with legacy pride. No one cares you once money deposited.

Dr Rama Subrahmanyam is excellent Cardiothoracic Surgeon treated my father with bypass. The process and procedure well taken care by his team includes Venu Gopal (OT In-charge), Dr Snigdha (Assistant) and Veera Prasad (Secretary). One can trust the entire team unconditionally.

Dr. Alok Rath is having right blend of quality and pricission in his profession.

The surgery (Total Knee Replacement) for both legs of my Mother was carried out in Care Hospital, Banjara Hills. I have no hesitation in endorsing this hospital from Nursing Care and the Treatment facilities. The Nursing staff probably are the best in the country given the expenses incurred in the entire duration of treatment. However the cost of package announced and the final billing did throw up some surprises. I would appeal to be more transparent in the billing area though itemised bill was provided as a standard protocol.

Total dept. Of pediatrics cardiologist are exceptional. Especially Dr. Tapan Kumar Dash, it's our fortune to find such a human being. It is very difficult to find such a doctor/surgeon in this commercial world. Thanks to care hospital management for giving freedom to Dr. Tapan K Dash, pls continue the same and he can save many lives. I will do free advertisement to Dr. Tapan Kumar Dash and to hospital wherever he serves.

Total admission and discharge proces was smooth, I didn't face any kind of difficulties anywhere during the period of treatment. Security, clealeaness, support staff and everything satisfied us.

Hi my mother name is sumidha.known case of CAD.stent was placed 10 yrs back and it was completely obstructed.we had confusion between restenting and CABG Procedure. DR. RAMSUBRAHMANYAM Sir went through my mother's case and suggested CABG according to her condition. My father J srinivasa rao has been suffering from Coronary artery disease with multiple blocks, severe LV dysfunction and many related complications to kidneys, lungs etc. He has been diabetic for over 12 yrs. Since my mother was successfully operated for Heart disease five yrs back by CT surgeon Dr. G Rama Subrahmanyam of Care Hospital, Banjarahills, Hyderabad, we preferred this time too to consult the same doctor. Dr. Rama Subrahmanyamn has been fantastic as always. He has properly assessed the condition of the patient and initially advised for some medication till the condition got stabilised. Later he has advised to undergo the CABG procedure. He has been showing much patiency and cleared all our concerns and doubts. He has also briefed the risks related to the procedure as the condition of my father was critical. Mr. Prasad, Assistant to Dr. Rama Subrahmanyam has been very cooperative to take our calls all the times and fixed the appointments. Finally we got my father operated successfully and got discharged today. His condition is stable now and recovering well. Each and every employee of hospital did their best for speedy recovery of my father, right from nurses, physician, dietition etc. They provided good environment for recovery. We really thankful to Care Hospital, Dr. Rama Subrahmanyam and other staff of Care.

After the surgery physiotherapy was very good. It was given on time everyday.no session was missed until the time of discharge.at home physiotherapy advise was also given my Dr. Chitra.very good physiotherapy treatment was given by Dr Chitra.

The only aim is financial. My suggestion to all is "each and every day verify your inpatient billing details" so as there is No Excess amount is accounted and final rejection by insurance provider. While this obligation maynot be with treating doctor, the rating is for financial councillor, billing dept and accounts which are totally unprofessional. They all are trained to say only one word " I don't know sir, pls enquire at other counter".

Dr. Behera sir is Excellent. Very good person. Has treated my father very good. Nurses are attending good and cared us very God. House keeping staff is doing great job. Food was also good. Dr SK BEHERA was our consulting doctor, all the staffs (administrative and nursing for 608 nursing station) were very good. The physiotherapist, Dr. Chitra was also very good. The PWO (Shrikant) staffs were also very co operative and helpful
