Worst Experience in my Carring Life in care op centre. There is no response from doctors and all staff no body askyou what do want and why you wait for. In my carrying time worst experience. And they going to Lunch 40mins to 1 hour and come to rooms and waiting another 30mins to 40mins Chit chating each other's. The radiology scan rooms no doctors available launch time and less scan rooms and doctor's only one doctor available at lunchtime. Every Month every scan my waiting time approximately 3 - 5 hours.

I am visiting Dr. Bipin Sethi for my Hyperthyroidism issues since a few months. Despite being so very senior, he always makes sure to give personal attention to each and every patient and always up for answering the smallest of questions that I have always. He goes into all the treatment and tests and then only suggests medicines, also tells to send reports via email if for some reason we are not able to visit him. His treatment has worked quite a lot for me and I have seen major relief in my thyroid symptoms. Totally a saviour. Thank you sir, for your honest duties towards patients like us.
Have been meeting Dr. Bipin Kumar Sethi way back since 2006 and in all these years have always found him to be very warm, friendly and a wonderful doctor. He listens patiently to all we have to say and then suggests medication with all the care and patience. Everytime we visit, the place is over crowded with atleast 35-40 people who are waiting but not once have I found him to be impatient or impolite or in a rush to see the next patient. He has always made us feel comfortable and answered all our queries in detail and with so much patience He must be the only Doctor to start his OPD at 6 am and still look as energetic and fresh at 3 in the afternoon! Got my RAI done couple of months ago and had so many issues but he put us at ease and cleared all our queries. Hats off to you Dr. Sethi - for being really wonderful! Would really recommend him to anyone who would need to see Specialist in Endocrinology! Thanks once again.
Dr. Chandravati (Dermatologist) here in Care is so intelligent that she gives medicine prescription without examining what u actually suffering from and she cost 800 for it. Such a waste, I regret like anything after visiting her.

We recently treated our Mother they bill twice for the Mri report cost 32000 later we realized that we paid double we taken the issue to the billing department they said once paid (double paid also.) they will not refund extra paid bill this is high level open cheating

I have consulted multiple endocrinologist and gynaecologist in the city, and over the last few months, I have been undergoing treatment with Dr. Virnda, Endocrinologist and she has been the best.
