I was suffering with sciatica pain for 3-4 months. I ignored it initially as the pain was not severe. After 3 months it reached a stage where If I walk or stand for few minutes I get numbness in my right leg. The pain was even more severe for 2-3hrs in the morning so I consulted Neurosurgeon. My MRI report shows disc bulge between L4-L5 and Dr advised surgery. I also consulted few more specialists who also advised to go for surgery based on MRI report. I mentally prepared for surgery but due to festival holidays there was delay in finalising surgery date. During this time I discussed with few friends and family members who had similar problem and some off them have got surgery done and others opted for alternate treatments. During these conversations I got to know about Center for Integrative Medicine (CIM) and Dr. Aditya Bapuji.

Dr. Aditya was very kind to hear my issue in the middle of vacation with family. He studied my MRI report and asked me few more questions. Dr. Aditya was transparent in saying he would also advise surgery based on MRI report but he is very confidant that we can avoid surgery based on other symptoms. So I decided to postpone surgery and take treatment at CIM which proved to be the right decision.

The staff at CIM are very competent and professional. I started seeing improvement from day 4 of the treatment. By the time I complete 10 days treatment, more than 90% of pain is gone and I felt very comfortable. Now after 4 weeks, my pain and discomfort is completely gone. I sincerely thank Dr Aditya and his team for giving me right advice and helping with right treatment.

It is important to follow instructions by Dr. Aditya and his team related to diet and exercise strictly for better results. My major learning from this experience is to watch your diet and exercise regularly to be healthy

Suffering from severe shoulder pain for the past 3 years. Consulted many orthopaedics & rheumatologists but none explained the root cause of the issue and there was no relief in pain either. After 3 years of struggle came to know about the center for integrative medicine from my friend.
