We will send your case to U. S consulate and will complaint about it and everything will recorded.

Communication was clear, and I felt that my concerns were taken seriously and handled with the appropriate level of attention. It's reassuring to see a medical service provider that is committed to resolving customer issues efficiently. Overall, my experience with CMM Medicine was positive, and I appreciate their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

I have done my medical tests for the UK through CMM. Everything got positive. The staff is really cooperative.

Went today to get TB Screening for Tier-4 Student Visa. The process was fast and everything was well managed. The staff were very polite and considerate. Although they tell you to wait for atleast 2-3 hours, I was finished with my screening and consultation in 45 minutes. (Subject to peak season). The facility was also neat and clean. Overall highly recommend this place.

The whole staff is always in frustration pathetic people. Choose some other place for medical tests.

Having seen similar clinics operating in this field in the past I’m very impressed in terms of the quality and professionalism demonstrated. Highly recommend it services.

Since due to covid restrictions canteen is closed. Please arrange your food. Coming to process its very easy and simple. Friendly staff and nice behaviour.

Only negative point is its far away from main road (road no. 12 Banjara hills). Don't think of walking as you have to walk on hill. Please come by your vehicle or ola/auto

Please bring passport photographs, xerox copies whatever required. There are no xerox shops/photography studio nearby.

Quite an interesting place and this is a old bunglow turned into a business place for visa related medical clearance. The toilets are on the basement only and it's a bit hassle for older age groups. Please also prioritise senior citizens and mothers with less than one year old babies. God will bless you more. Thank you for your service. Jai hind.

Too long wait times, unorganised procedures, remote place, hard to find the directions, consultations times are too long,

Excellent center. Courteous staff.

About directions to this location - don't worry too much. You will get enough network till you reach the center and they have placed enough boards to provide directions.

Network - poor network connection inside the center but it is definitely better at their entrance or outside.

They don't allow people without appointments.
Book appointment from their website.
Decent waiting area. Sometimes you may have to wait longer than your actual appointment time. Prefer cash payment mode.

The place doesn't have any canteen so carry your own food if required. Overall time taken - 2-3 hrs.

You may have to visit this place twice on two different days though. One for the test and second to collect the certificate.

Good place for visa related medical examinations. The staff are knowledgeable. However, the waiting times are quite long and I believe that the whole process can be made more efficient.
The down side of this place is that it is located in no man’s land of Hyderabad. The location is on a hill and it is so remote that you hardly get any phone signal. There are no shops, restaurants, bus stops, metros nearby. It is better to visit this place by your own vehicle or get a taxi

Very professional staff except for the one in the billing. Maintaining COVID protocols very well. Cash and NEFT or IMPS available. Book in advance. Staff at entrance very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks team.

Everything was good except for security gaurds if someone forgot for mask they are not letting them in its good no issue but if someone forget in hurry can't you provide 10 rupee mask to us. We are paying 2200 each person. Plz don't do like this

Visited for UK medicals. Good experience overall. Could have been better if the waiting time was lesser.
Parking is available. 2mins walk from the CMM.

Note to those with young kids:
There is a kids room on the floor above. Please ask the staff to avail that facility.
Compared to GYD diagnostics, charges are higher. Kids are charged same as adults.

Try to behave yourself. People coming there are well educated and well settled not road side idiots. Try to learn how to speak with them.

Office is good. But very poorly organised. There is no system. People are sent to X-ray room at the discretion of the guy manning there. Senior citizens are not given priority and they are made to wait for hours.

In the doctor's room, applicants are made to lie down on the bare bed. Can't they provide bed sheet. Having collected Rs. 4800 per application, it is a shame on CMM to provide such poor service.

The people here in staff are friendly and well organized, it's a little time consuming process for completing the medical exam during heavy rush but their service is absolutely worth their price.

Here you can take medical certificates for different countries like canada, usa, uk. The process takes time of 3-4 hours. There are no shops situated near to this centre. It is located deep inside mla colony. You need to book online appointment on their website first. Then you need to take original passport, copy of the mail sent and 2 Xerox of the passport and go to centre on allocated date and time

I don’t know how the people are giving good reviews. I’m trying to book an appointment since 1 month but still I’m not getting any confirmation email or messages from CMM, even I tired to call them but they’re not lifting the phone.

If I’m false please try to contact them in call, they won’t lift the phone…

Ridiculous

Well organized and structured. Staff was very helpfull. Application filling, Xray, Dr. Consulation completed with in 1.5 hours from the time of appointment.

Cmm is very good for medical exam and i have done my medicals yesterday. Cmm staff has helped so good and very cooperative. Overall I could say excellent hospitality by CMM team.

Overall experience = Pretty good.
Went in at 11: 30 and they had all Covid protection protocols in place.
Document verification and payment was fastly done.
Initial eye & BP checkup was quick. X-ray and doctor consultation was time taking though, considering the number of people and also it felt like there was only 2 panel physicians.
They can plan installing another X-ray room for quicker process.

This is the first time I have gone for a Medical Test in CMM. I really had a good experience with the staff, management and also the COVID precautions which were followed are awesome. Everything went smooth except the experience with the Physician Dr. Velleri Sowmya. The way she was speaking and the attitude she was showing was really disappointing. She was very arrogant in Asking questions and also for the questions asked. I really felt bad and depressed after coming out from her room. CMM please have a Suggestion box or Candidate comments registry so that it would be helpful for you to grow and also for us to have a better experience for the future Candidates Visiting CMM.

Coming to your reply, the environment that was created by her was really uncomfortable and it was clear case of Arrogant behavior by her (The Doctor). I was there in the scene and only I know how it felt. If making the Candidates uncomfortable is all how it works, then I am sorry I can't take it.
FYI, even my friends who have visited previously gave the same feedback about the doctor. Hence, the long Review. I don't want to drag this long, but thanks for responding.

In my case they asked me to give 5 star rating, I assume they are asking everyone to do so. Overall the experience is okay but they take so much time for every step to complete.

Great staff and medical equipments, well maintained with good ambiance but the process takes too much time which can be completed in half an hour.

Has been to this place for Medical checkup but the lady staff inside who tie the hand band is complaining to the other staff Infront of me that people are not filling the form. They announced the names before filling and didn't have time to fill. And the one who takes X-ray doesn't have patience towards people and shouting. This is my 1st visit and I don't know that 1 piece dress is not the perfect choice. Everything is mentioned in the mail and why can't they mention things to be taken care before coming for medical check-up. She was literally shouting at me that how can you guys wear lengthy full dress, and I am totally unaware of that. Better to wear 2 piece or 3 piece dress which has top and bottom.
Next goes to the doctor, she has checked but the windows are open and the curtain is not opaque, so other building people can see slightly. Suggest to close the windows.

Everything was smooth and the Covid precautions were in place. The waiting time for consultation was more than an hour but the the doctor was very nice and helpful regarding my request for an early report. Overall good centre for visa related medical screening.

I’m assuming you are coming for visa medicals, so please choose other medical centre in Padma rao nagar. This particular location is on the top of the hill with no network, no shops nearby. The access to the road is just like in Gangtok or any other hill station, if your driver or someone you know who’s dropping you at the centre, make sure he’s a pro at driving.

Don’t risk your life just before your visa.

The medical center is good and I finished my medical exam in 2 and half hrs. They are also following social distancing and it's clean everywhere. The only problem with CMM is its location. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. So while coming to CMM be prepared and come (food wise). The staff are also good. And lastly, the mobile signal will be very bad there. Be safe everyone.

Worst place ever. They’ll make you roam from 1st floor to 2nd then to the cellar and ask you to wait for 4 hours just for a TB Report. Highly not recommended. Prefer GYD in Secunderabad. It’s hassle free and the reports will be given in 30minutes.

Is there a way i can know what is the available date to book appointment and if the date not possible for me can reschedule it?

The entire process was hassle free. Fortunately, the procedure didnt take a long time and everyone at the centre was kind and adept at their work. Impressive!

The place was very neat and tidy, and thestaff were nice and were maintaining strict covid protocols. My personal experience with CMM was great.

Easy to find location as it resides in prime area banjara hills, staff is very co operative, great support from the Medical doctors too! Since it is covid time, extra precautions are taken and maintaining well. Thanks to CMM migration medine for providing such operations with great support.

Well, they were really friendly. They actually scared me at first that the process would take a minimum of 4 hours but it was completed in just an hour. I visited from Nagpur, I think everyone from central India should prefer CMM hydrebad as it has low rush and faster processing time compared to Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore and it’s close to most of the central Indian cities like Raipur, Nagpur, Bhopal, etc. So you can just drive there!

They followed all COVID guidelines, Process is very quick. No unnecessary hassle satisfied with professional and courteous staff.

The whole process is simple and automated. All the staff and Doctors are very friendly and helpful. My medical exam was done within 2 hours. Had a good experience.
