Lots of attitude. Customers are made to feel like beggars for any additional support in stitching if you don’t go to them within 10 days of delivery.

Edit: guy’s! I am a working women and have no time for false reviews. Posted this msg as I was appalled by her inconsiderate answers and also to share awareness. Below is the attitude you people can see from the owner… when they get enough orders they loose respect for customers…fake reviews when we raise concerns…. Stitched 3-4 times here… had to disconnect her call because she spoke rules of 10 days without even considering my health problem! … who carries receipts? Your bills are not gold bills. No one gives 1 star for a ‘no’ but when u are truly inconsiderate to your customers…. Great show below mam!

Worst service ever. They have wasted my festival. I have given my blouse on the 4th of October and asked them to deliver it on the 13th of October at 7 pm, they agreed and wrote the same on the receipt as well, but when I went to collect my stuff, they were still making it, only 30% was done, and they told within 30 min they will give. Rubbish! Now, if you can deliver in 30 min, what the hell are you doing for these ten days? Customer service is based on mouth management. So if you can build trust, shut your shop, man! I will not recommend anyone this shop. They can't give me back my karwachauth night bak.

Orders a Lehenga for my sister, and the output is awesome. Very rich look, superb fabric, timely made in fact they made one day before the due date. Their collection of fabric is good infact very good. I suggest all my friends and clients to this place. Pricing is comparatively less with other boutiques and readymade shops. Thanks to Chandini staff for suggesting the design and fabric and timely delivery.
