Visited Monday afternoon, the worst experience, I have been visiting charms since 10 years but I will never visit again, this staff has been continuously speaking while hair cut and fighting with other staff, and asking me questions, I’m here adding the staff photo, the hair cut was not at all good, I feel he is mentally ill, I’m here adding staffs photo

The staff was very sweet and nice. But the lady who did my eyebrow threading was disappointing. I assume she was still under training and I kept telling her to not make my eyebrows thin, and the final result was thin eyebrows and unshaped.
I can visit again but please train your staff well and meet up with the customers requests.

Roopa ma’am really did a good job with the bridal make up, hair and saree draping. Excellent services.

Charms has best services which gives the best results out of it. The staff is very friendly and the pricing of the charms is also affordable.

Worst experience ever! Today I went for eyebrow threading, it was really disappointing.that old lady she really doesn’t know how to do the eyebrows, she cut my eyebrows shape, I was keep on saying that-don’t make it thin still she made my eyebrows in two different shapes.please try to hire someone who knows Her job.atleast professional some one. I’ll never ever recommend anyone.disgusting

Haircut is great.

But the oil head massage is extremely worse. The guy was vigorously rubbing his palms and fingers around my head to the point of damaging my scalpe severely. I had lost almost 1/4th of my hair to that massage. Seems like they have no concept of scalpe at this saloon.

Please avoid head massage at this saloon.

One of the best salons there is! The pedicure and head massage are the best. It has a washroom and enough privacy for you to comfortably get yourself pampered. The staff is very well behaved and polite. They are well trained.

Very good place and service wise entire team is very well trained and experienced. They take care of customer very well and service provided is really good. Only one challenge is getting parking inside YMCA. Else if you have Metro access, I will suggest thats best option. Its hardly 5min walk from nearest Metro Station.

Best place to go for Haircut in Hyderabad. Especially staff Naresh who really knows the art of scissor and can give you a new appearance.
