Good that people are becoming health conscious post pandemic and this is one of such place where you can achieve it. As many of us know that martial arts improves both mental and physical health. There is always a start for everything we do and this is one of it. This is the best opportunity for many of us to utilise it and make it beneficial.

It would be good to have the classes during the morning as well, so that people who cannot make it in evenings can attend in the morning. It’s a good start and all the best to the entire team.
