Our brother in law admitted in the hospital for Dengue fever, he have the diabatic patient, mr Paparao are attend the same.but he focused on only dengue fever, not focused side effects, like kidney, liver, pancreatic, etc, when the discharged day on wards he suffering with other side effects and kidneys are got damaged, these type of patient how he is discharged, he know the medical all the same, why he is like these, whom to ask these questions, we have paid the every payment but they did like these. Now we are suffering very high.

I got admitted under Dr suchitra ma'am for my delivery she took care of me very well and explain every thing very well.the staff all are good.

Very bad experience with Dr Andal Reddy, she has done my hestorectemy surgery on March 7th and charged 1.7lakh due to Major surgery, and she has not sure that my ovaries exist or not, one day she said removed all, and 1month Iater I have gone for abdamon scanning and i found cyst exist with 6cm after major surgery, that is pathetic news and I rushed to Andal Reddy suggestion and asked her, why it is still exists after magor surgery, she not even suggested medicine and inspite of that if you got any stomach pain come and admit will do surgery again. This is the wrost experience I had with this doctor

Best hospital in my neighborhood. Dr sri Praveen varma and Dr sri Ashok Raju gave treatment with humanity. Best part is precise advice that boosts the morale of any patient.

Iam admitted my own sister because of diabetic issue, their treatment is good, but after 3 days she is cured, but they didn't transferred to general ward or discharge, even her health is cure, I think they need some extra money without treatment, they simply kept ICU, I felt very bad. I request to the hospital management see this issue, and don't repeat this situation.if continue means hospital losses thier fame.

Visited this hospital for our child’s hernia surgery. Dr Jamir Arlikar cleared our every doubt and performed surgery that cured the defects that are not detected in the diagnostics as well. Now all worries gone and thankful for everything. I highly recommend this hospital for having such a best paediatric surgeon.

These days the hospital staff are behaving in very unprofessional manner. I am writing this review after experiencing delays in process multiple times. On 4th August I got my mom vaccinated in Citizens hospital and even after ten days inspite of multiple phone calls the vaccination certificate is not yet generated in COWIN website. Upon asking the staff blames Government portal and giving lame excuses while it is crystal clear that the mistake is from their staff that they have not entered the details at all in the site to get the certificate generated. Similar experience I had when I took online consultation. They don’t provide the bill right after bill payment for any online consultations. I had to call them almost 20 times for 20 days to get the bill. Something is definitely changed badly in hospital management I doubt that the staff have become very lazy and unprofessional.

Sharing further feedback, upon escalation Mr. Suman, operations manager has called and acted upon the concerns raised. With his intervention the certificate got generated finally. I appreciate his commitment.

I brought my mother in law to show Dr sashikanth J head and neck oncology for her thyroid problems after seenig all the reports sir advised for surgery. Surgery went so smooth and amazing' without a single suture and such small incisio sir has done the surgery.now she feels comfortable.thank you so much to the entire team.

Great facilities, doctors, staff and treatment at Citizens Hospital Nallagandla Hyderabad. I was lucky enough to be treat by Dr Sudheer Koganti, distinguishably talented interventional cardiologist I have ever met. Very respectful and a humble person. I was back on my feet within 2 days of surgery. I am much more better and healthy than before. Thanks to Dr Sudheer Koganti and his team for all the care, treatment and support.

Now I'm going to change my feedback after discussion with GM Praveen Kumar and OM Suman. They have personally involved in my problem and sorted out.

This hospital is located at my neighborhood which is always reachable and only due to few people this issue is created, However in last 5 year we had received good service and quick assistance.

Citizens speciality hospital + American Oncology Institute are one and same.

1. Very good doctors staff. Speciality, Friendliness & amount of time given for consultation and treatment was very appreciable when I visited in July 2021. Our doctors were Dr. Suneetha Mulinti (I recommended to read her "25 hope street" book), Dr. Jagadishwar Goud & Dr. Bala, very well specialized in what they do.
2. Infrastructure is also good with all the advanced technologies, testing labs and equipments. Proper hygiene was maintained.
3. Situated in a south indian region, you'll have to tolerate the canteen food a little. Scope of improvisation in canteen.

My son has been admitted to the hospital on an emergency chest pain and it was panic situation where me and my wife were very nervous and in sorrow state and we are shivering on how and what happened to our son, In this emergency condition the ambulance came in time to our home and rushed to the hospital, where our condition and state were been understood by Dr Sudheer and his assistant Ganesh thereby giving extreme emotional support and assured that he will be taken care like "Brother", not only these words let us calm our nervous but also it gave us some strength.
In examination and treatment in just 2 days our son is out of relived from pain and in the later tests of agio to the cause has been identified and further medication was given more two days, the very nice part is that they have NOT Done any unnecessary tests unlike some other big name hospital which I don't wish to mention, they have done what is needed and diagnosed well, In the ICU dr Madhu and Anitha are some we remember who tool care like a mother to his child and made us feel that our son in treated well, this is how the Cardiac and ICU team responded and took care, Heartful thanks to this very kind hearted team of doctors and staff, finally A very Namaskaramu to our human god Dr Sudheer garu and Ganesh garu on standing on the assurance they gave in the joining which showed up in the discharge of our son, Many thanks for giving this opportunity, Jai Bharat

Worst super speciality hospital ever. They don't care about your issue. Zero responsibility and not accountable at all. All they need is your money. OPD DOCTORS are comparatively okay but do not try to get admitted for serious cases. Go for Continental or Appolo. Citizens management should be ashamed. I felt Govt. General hospital is better than Citizens.

There was a time when I had rated the services 5on5. That was once in 2016 and 2017 later 2020. However today it is at best an average hospital where service has got replaced with focus on making money at any cost. The sad part is that it is very evident with delay tactics at every possible stage. An example at the ER ward you are billed akin to a taxi meter. The meter keeps running while you are waiting for a report at a rate of Rs. 600. So the catch, my mom was sent for a CT scan reports took over an hour. So I had to pat additional INR1200. Hospital attitude loud and clear WHOSE MONEY IS IT ANYWAYS. SAD VERY THE ONLY GOOD PART IS THE QUALITY OF THE DOCTORS
We have 3 days at the hospital and below is my modifications to the above review.
1. The concern by the doctors is extremely high.
2. Most of the duty doctors and staff can be rated excellent.
3. We may be required to escalate at times and once escalated resolution is quick.

The point 3 above indicates a willingness to make a difference. Probably there is hope for the management to empower the client facing team which will improve rating from people like who make demanding requests. Hoping for visible improvements and experiences at the hospital in the coming days.

Today I am providing my feedback at the time of discharge of my father. The experiences in the last one week has been significantly improved. If they continue this way, no doubt they will surpass the past - ve experienced. I am very happy to revise my earlier ratings
to a 5 on 5.

Recently my father undergone bypass surgery CABG. At this hospital. The hospital service is very good.and very neat n clean. They keep the hospital very clean.first we met Ganesh and took appointment with Vikram sir.nd we shown the angiogram reports to the Vikram sir. Vikram said that my father have 3blocks and it is not critical.but bypass surgery is necessary. And after that we went back to home.nd after 2months my father is suffering from some back pain nd feeling heavy in chest. Nd immediately we took ECG nd sent to family doctor. Ourr family doc said that no problem is their.it is normal. But pain is their. And we went to Hyderabad and took appointment with Vikram sir nd sir said that we have to undergo surgery now. We have some financial problems. We went to arogyasri desk.and at arogyasri desk we met Chiranjeevi sir and he helped a lot us.thank you Chiranjeevi sir thanks for helping us.nd we asked that about surgery.and they asked arogyasri card nd that we have it.after that their will be some process of that.they wll ask some details.we gave that and after that we wll get approval from government. Nd we got admitted and after 2days surgery is planned.and my father undergone surgery. And surgery started at 10.and at 1pm surgery was completed. After surgery Vikram called us and said that operation is success not to worry.and we all r happy by listening that words.thank you so much Vikram sir and Santosh sir. Brought my parent for emergency services. Medical responce team is not at all good, then charged very heavily compared to other hospitals.
Consultants are taking money but not giving correct opinion. I felt the staff are under trained to handle medical cases in this hospital. Try to go for a better place for getting medical help. As i am working in the same medical field i came to know the mis leading things the hospital is doing to patients. Dont fall prey for this kind of malfunctioning corporate setup waste of money you will not get proper treatment.

All services are good. Hospital is very clean and staff is friendly. My mother has recovered well and we are very thankful to Dr. Prashanth Mukka, Dr. Krishna Kiran, Dr. Arunkumar Lingutla.we will definitely recommend to our family.

Yesterday we had taken package and consulted doctors excellent experience with Dr Sandeep and Dr sudheer,
EXcellent treatment given to my wife by Dr Sandeep. Apart from that waiting for echo and tmt was worst my wife starved because of those test morning 0830 we have given file to Echo only Ecg done and was told go come back later why it was not carried out that particular time as my wife got dizziness as she was still fasting for tmt if something happened who will be responsible dont suffer the patient until mid-afternoon by not doing it.worst tmt echo coordination. Not only that test the other test are there people should think
