Treatment is so nice since 20years iam coming to this hospital.so doctor so nice treatment.

The treatment here is one of the best in the xity regarding ent. The staff are also very good.

I was reading reviews of this hospital and most of people have complained about the doctor and his staff’s rude behaviour. Although it can be noted that the hospital is seen thanking people with positive reviews, they do not respond to any negative remarks. There is absolutely no doubt that the doctor has behavioural and anger management issues. As such, he should get himself treated first. There are a lot of proven therapies these days which can help the doctor overcome these disorders.

You might be the best at what you do and earn abundant $$$ but if you lack humility you’re just another trash doing it’s time until disposal.

Hope this blows some sense into the doctor.

I'm familiar to this Doctor from 2001, I underwent 3 ENT surgeries and all surgeries were Alhmdulillah successful and according to me, he is an Excellent ENT surgeon. Receptionist to the doctor all r kind enough, even the inpatient services are good with clean and hygienic environment.

Just now went to hospital, worst doctors, they talk rude with patients, don't go to this hospital, bad words they talk with patients.

Doctor BB. Prasad raju worst doctor I have ever experienced. Very rude, unprofessional, don't know how to speak, just shout upon patient. I suggest people not to visit him.

The Doctor might be very experienced but he is little rude and a bit short-tempered.
Fees is very high - Rs. 600.

Starting from staff, all will be rude and they think every other patient is illiterate, they ask patients to remove their footwears before reception and themselves they wear footwear all the clinic, We were travelling and we lost our medication, so I visited the pharmacy to get the same medications, the lady who takes care of the pharmacy is like before also we have come up with the same excuse and even now we are like buying tablets without consulting doctor, so i simply mentioned her that if she have problem to issue the tablets then be clear rather than this, she is like this is second time we are doing the same, tablets are not available, different tablets are available but that's not of same company, stupid discussion will take place. Don't visit this hospital, earlier it was good, now they got good enough bank balance that's the reason they are least interested about the patient's health and moral values.

The doctors is rude, his behavior is unprofessional, he needs psychiatric counselling to learn how to speak with people
