Took one day detox plan. It was refreshing. I was energetic, fresh and active the next day. Felt light and happy.

Actually there are 8 bottles of cleanse drinks. Out of which only 2 are value for money because one is made out of veggies and other pom and beetroot juice. Rest all are just RO water with little tint of lime. And offcourse the packing and bottle costs. Rest 1500 is highly expensive. Also, for first timers it's highly difficult to completely be on liquid diet. More than that you can't drink so much liquid at once. It's difficult. Guys make some simple cleanse drinks at home.

I first thought it would be difficult to do 6 day program but I thoroughly enjoyed these juices and they kept me full through out and more than weight loss I felt light and good and definitely planning to do again asap

I’ve tried 3day program and 6day program. I was extremely happy with 3day diet plan. I really felt refreshed, rejuvenated and light. But somehow I didn’t find the 6day plan quite engaging. We get only 4bottles for last two days, which are not even different from the ones given for four days earlier. In that case, there’s no point in paying full money.

Frankly speaking, i am totally disappointed with their 6day plan. For anyone wanting to try this, I recommend only 1 day or 3day plans.

This is a great way to start eating healthier. That’s my only recommendation. Overall this was a great cleanse! The juices must be refrigerated daily, so make sure you have a plan.

The experience has been wonderful. The delivery personnel was always on-time. The range of juices that were sent were absolutely refreshing and tasted wonderful.

I took 6 days programme and in that 4 days got 8 bottles n 2 days got 4 bottles.

I expected different kind of juices after 2 days but 90% repeated juices which made me lose interest after 3rd day.

The combination is same everywhere N hence we may like to have different juices from next time. But it made me to reduce inflammation in the body. Changed little texture of skin.

Also quantity is high and hence I request buy for one person n follow by 2 persons which will benefit you. And we will absolutely don't feel hungry at all.

I have taken the 6 day program. At the end of 6 days i feel light and refreshed.my skin has become clearer.
The juices are good in taste and the portion size is sufficient.
I lost 4kgs in 6 days.

I have a few concerns, hope the team takes a look into these:
1. The delivery of the juices was mostly late. The first bottle says 8am but i used to get the box delivered after 8am.

2. On day 5 i got all 4 bottles with which were not fresh. I was getting a rotting smell. I consumed those as I was not sure if it was because of 4 days of liquid diets but confirmed my suspicions when I got fresh juices on day 6.3. There is no input taken by the subscriber on his/her height and weight, any pre existing ailments or allergies. The average daily calories for first 4 days is around 1100. But the requirement of calories by each individual varies according to the current height and weight. For someone around 6 feet and 80kgs the calories would be less than half their minimum daily requirement where as for some one around 5feet tall and 60kgs this would be close to their minimum daily requirement.

4. Another concern is on the return of the bottles and the box. I have 6 boxes with 40 bottles at the end of the program and the Cleanse High people asked me to go to their office and drop it. I wish they were able to collect the bottles of previous day when they deliver each day.

Overall, i might go for a 3 day or 6 day program again.

It’s a wonderful concept and juices are always delivered fresh & on time. I personally have seen the difference after finishing their programs.

Weightloss was never easier. I was almost losing hope when I received your message about navaratri juice fast program.

I have taken the 15 Days Weight loss plan. At first, I was doubtful about consuming only 4 juices with one meal, but it was pretty easy to eat light once I started. By the 5-6th day, I could notice the winch loss. Upon that, my metabolism improved as I had been suffering from digestive issues for a long time. This was a big surprise for me, and I am so glad my gut is healed now. By the end of the 15 days, I lost about 4 kg, but there was a significant inch loss in the way I looked. I felt refreshed and light in my own body. That's the best experience, and I have repeated another 15-day plan the consecutive month. You guys are doing a great job with the taste of the juices.

Husband used the 3 Day cleanse. I selected the 1 Day plan to begin with. Green juice and Pom are my favourites. The rest tasted good enough to finish. I felt great afterwards, though. Surely fresh. I will try the 3 Day plan next time.

I have a great experience availing their detox program I have done this for the second time and happened to reduce 4 kilos. It’s kind of life style change.

My daughter forced to go through this routine. Initially I was very sceptical about the effects and whether I would be able to go through with this routine. I went in for the 6 day plan. Initially I felt light headed but slowly my body adjusted and I was actually enjoying it. I had a good feeling and felt light too. Planning to do it again after a gap.

It was a wonderful experience. I did detox program for three days and by the end of it I was bouncing with energy. First day was little difficult but then by third day body got used to it. The juices are very tasty and in substantial quantities.

I tried the cleanse high detox for a day.excellent experience! Very doable.the different juices are delicious and kept me feeling full the whole day and felt very rejuvenated and light the next day.

I ordered it yesterday, They did not even deliver the packet in the morning. I paid it online. There has been no response on the number they gave or the delivery boy. What is the point of ordering when they can't deliver it on time. Those bottles have to be drunken on time. All they care is once money taken they don't bother about the service. Please note my experience before ordering it from them. You will have suprises.

Instead of self practising a cleanse diet or a juice fast - cleanse high is a good alternative and highly recommended

I felt it's truely worth giving a review for them and here is my detailed review -

Pre assumptions about Liquid diets before starting with CleanseHigh
1. They weaken the system
2. Increases constipation
3. Impacts health and organs

And with a 3 day Sage Regime of Cleanse High, my experience is -
Day 1:
1. My feelings literally were -These liquids are so bad. Oh god how can I complete these 3 days regime.
2. Continuous Diahorrea for first half of the day. Note: Few of my family members and friends didn't experience this part. Maybe I ate nice Bajjis previous night which we are not supposed to.

Day 2:
1. Early morning, as usual forgot and went to gym. But as it was very light workout day, there was not much impact except some dizziness while lifting the usual weights in gym
2. Came back home, and actually started feeling very good inside and continued the regime pretty strictly.

Day 3:
1. Night of Day3 felt, Not bad, It's just 8 bottles per day and very easy method of detox. So, can be done frequently again.

Post Regime Day 1 i.e. Day 4:
1. After completion of those 3 days, light solid soft foods are taken to be able to digest properly. Also, suprisingly found that I reduced 1.5 kg already.

Post Regime Day 2 i.e. Day 5:
1. Started feeling, very good around abdomen and lower back area.
2. Reduced further 1kg. Also felt body very light and my family told that they are able to see some glow in my face skin. There was clear signs of detoxification.
3. Started feeling I was eating the most unhealthy food till date with improper fasting methods.

Overall, I feel everyone should do these kinds of detoxification methods in regular intervals.

Added advantage With cleanse High is that I got these 24 glass bottles which I am using them for many purposes now.

I have come across this through a good friend, and she swore by how good she felt. I gave it a try and love the experience. I started my journey with an one day cleanse and now scheduling my 6 days cleanse next month. I feel better. The taste and quality is remarkable. Standard is maintained, didn't see any change in the Quality. I have made a couple of my friends try it and they are in love with it too. I can replace any of my favorite meal with their SOUP, its just that good. The texture and fills up your stomach.

I ordered a detox pack about 2 months ago. Never received the delivery on time. The customer service is extremely poor, we don't even get the contact information of the delivery executive. One day the executive dropped and broke the bottles and hence it wasn't delivered. It messed with my whole routine.
I decided to give them another chance this time, I received the delivery details but when I called them at 8.30 they said it would take another 1 hour. The first bottle is supposed to be consumed by 8.30. What's even worse is, despite sharing my office location and maps on whatsapp, the person didn't show up. They now claim that my phone was switched off but they could have still come to the office and called from the reception. So yet again my routine is messed up thanks to them.
Extremely disappointed.

I have referred more than 5 people so far and have repeated the program twice. Does it mean anything? Of course. It is one of the best and healthy way to detox your body. Add exercise and meditation for an amazing cleansing

Cleanse High Team, You should try to recycle bottles. Throwing away bottles after single use, doesn't feel good. May be offer discounts for returning bottles.

I was introduced to Cleanse High through Mutual friends. I was very happy to note that it didn't involve elaborate planning from my end. The juice diets are timed, measured, nutrition rich and keeping th calorie count in account with every pack. I had tried the three day program and was able to notice a slight pep in my metabolism and body water retention was reduced. Some juice diets were very yummy:) and some not so much but I was okay based on the long term benefits. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to start on their health improvement programs.

Honest review. Taste of the juices are not so great, mainly dissapointed with the soup, others were ok ok, but over all felt the 1day kit all together is overpriced for what was delivered. 1500/- is huge for what is delivered

I am happy that i took this program. It brings mindfulness to my eating routine. I didn’t feel tired, hungry or restlessness when i tried the one day program. As a yoga teacher we always talk about the positive energy and vibe, I would highly recommend everyone to try it once to bring your inner energy back. Gud luck to the team

The concept is good and some of the juices and soups are decent. But the major dampener is their customer care. I opted for a 3-day plan and contents of two of the bottles were spoilt, which led to considerable health issues. When contacted, the customer support person simply mentioned that I may not have preserved it well. Please look at customer feedback constructively and investigate complaints like these. I have not received any response on my request for lab testing the contents so far, nor a single response on complaint mails so far. This is very disappointing considering the amount we spend on this and the possible health implications if the contents are not handled well at the production, bottling or delivery level.

Opted for 7 days program, first 2 days the juices were nice 3rd day they tasted and smelled like hell.it was diffinantly not fresh!

Cleanse high helped me to be more conscious on my health i feel my body is lighter when i have this.

On my trainer suggestion, I have gone for a 3-day program- to kickstart my weight loss plans and adopt healthy food choices. Doing this every two months or sure. Good taste, given the yare healthy juices.

I did a 3 day cleanse couple of times and it was very refreshing. I loved it and would continue to do it again. I am not sure about doing a 6 day cleanse as yet but will work towards it. I enjoyed all the drinks but my favorites were the soup and the Green juice.
