I have been to a lot of dental clinics. Saw a lot of dentists whose priority was money and not the patient itself. But clove dental is such a blessing, it's got doctors whose priority is the patient and are not looking to make money. My review is especially for Dr. Veena. She did my gum laser treatment and she is such a skilled doctor. I love her she's the best.

My ortho (braces treatment) experience at clove dental Mehdipatnam for over 19 months has been smoother. I owe my thanks to all the doctors who have been there with me right from the beginning till the end. To start with, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, has been very supportive since the beginning of my treatment, she spends quality time with the patients clearing all their queries. For tooth extractions before braces I consulted Dr Siddharth who was a pro at it. My ortho treatment began with Dr Hassan who has been very caring and great in his work.

Dr. Mallikarjun has taken up my case for the last 9months. He too is very good at his work, listens patiently to all the requirements of the patient, takes their suggestions and concerns into consideration. Dr has taken utmost interest in achieving the level of satisfaction the patient needs. Dr. Bilquis has also given her helping hand in completion of my treatment successfully.
Thanks to the support staff like sister Devi and sister Madhavi.

I recommend Clove as one stop destination for all the dental issues. Expert dentists, hygiene at top, easy communication. It's a bit costlier on side but it's worth it.

I had braces treatment done at this clinic since the last 2 years. The doctors are very considerate and listen to your concerns. The results I got were amazing.

It feels like you're in a cafe, the ambience is good. However the services are too expensive and the staff is too slow. They won't respond to your queries and they don't have any reception at this facility. I wish they'd have spent the amount on recruiting a good staff rather than on their infra.

I take a treatment for my son from dr Jaspreet and dr. Saumul from mehdhipetanm branch, I am happy with treatment.

I am very much thankful to Dr Malik Arjun sir and Dr Jaspreet kaur madam for treating my daughter in clove dental clinic.

I was suffering from intense pain, then I visited Clove Dental Clinic, where Dr Jaspreet kaur explained me the main cause of my dental problem and made me comfortable. As she told I experienced the Painless Root Canal treatment in a single visit and got metal free ceramic cap for the same. I was impressed with the level of hygiene maintain in the clinic. My experience was good and I recommend this clinic to all.

I was here for my tooth removal and the process was so seamless. The doctor and staff was very friendly and caring. My overall experience at the clinic has been a great one.

Annual chargers taking but it’s hidden, if you buy annual charges 499 they tell us 1500 voucher, but the scam is they charge for 3000 rs to just clean the teeth. That means you need to pay 1500 for just cleaning

I had trauma to front teeth during training and was rushed to Clove dental through my defence base as they trusted clove being the most modern setup with all amenities. And true to its words I was given immediate help by Dr jaspreet, she being the most humble doctor made me feel I m in safe place. Later I was operated by the most expert Dr Siddharth the oral surgeon doctor. Now after a month my teeth and jaw that had almost come out are all set and normal. They have made the impossible possible for me. Thank you to my state police defence organization for referring here to the best place! Unforgettable experience of my life.

It was a great experience with next to no pain and the skilled and experienced staff made it so much more hassle free.

Worst service ever. The aligners they gave didn't fit properly and the dentist said they will replace it but they never did. Despite calling multiple times, they avoided the conversations and never gave the new set of aligners and my treatment stopped in the middle and my teeth are now back to their original position. Money, time & effort spent in vain.

I am happy I found Clove dental (Mehdipatnam). The employees are so nice and helpful. I really like the dentist. He answered all my questions and made me feel ease. I recently needed to get some dental work done and I had an excellent experience with Dr. BASITH. For those with a short attention span, here's my review: Dr Basith is a great communicator, has an excellent and calming bedside manner, and as a nervous patient he gave me an excellent, pain-free experience! HIGHLY recommended. I'm a US citizen and have had some bad/painful past experiences with dentists in the US, which has made me a very nervous patient when I need work done. Unfortunately, I also grind my teeth at night and when I chipped a tooth recently I waited almost a month to go to the dentist because I was afraid. A friend recommended Dr. Basith so I decided to go in for a visit. The night before the appointment, I literally had nightmares about the dentist! When I came in to the clinic Dr. Basith greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake and I immediately felt more at ease. He took a look at my problem tooth as well as a check of all my other teeth and talked me through the procedure we needed to take on. My hands were immediately sweating and my heart was racing at the thought of the procedure that was about to happen. He gave me some options for anesthesia and I told him of some of my last experiences and my fear, so we made a choice for the best option for me. He put me at ease through the whole numbing process and I knew I was going to be fine. He kindly and patiently talked me through every step and within minutes of beginning the procedure I was completely relaxed WHICH WAS A MIRACLE! By the time we finished I wanted to give him a big hug and do cartwheels out of the office.but I knew that might be weird so I just thanked him profusely. That night when I lay in bed I had the biggest relief knowing I didn't have to dread making that appointment and was to thankful that it all went so unbelievably well. Unfortunately, I'm moving from Hyderabad soon but I'm coming back for a visit to Dr. Basith if I need dental work in the future. Thanks to Dr. Basith and to the awesome assistant for such a great experience! I haven't been this happy leaving the dentist office in a very long time.

I highly recommend Dr Basith the BEST DENTIST I ever had. I had root canal. Never felt any pain the entire process. He has this "DENTAL VIBE" that you will not feel the pain with the needle when giving numbing agent and believe me when I say. I was so relaxed and even fall sleep during the procedure. He is very skillful, gentle and caring. The place is easy to find, high tech, clean.

Consulted Dr Preeti who nicely explained the cavity problem and gave a next appointment with another expert. You can make appointment from website and you get an instant call confirming your request. Consultation and X-ray cost was 400. Prescribed medicine can be found in any pharmacy. Hospital / clinic is clean. I did not find other patients at 11 AM. Staff is cooperative. Equipment is new.

I have been in Gudimalkapur branch very recently. I had a scheduled appointment at 11AM. One of the Nurse came out and assisted me in filling out the form. Doctor was not in by that time. I checked with the nurse about doc, I was told that the doctor started already so she gonna be in 5 to 10 mns. I sat for 10mns. Doc called to the nurse, stating that she will be late for another half hour and she want me to sit and wait.
I said, I am sorry I cannot wait anymore. The time was already 11.25 AM.
#No punctuality.
I have no hesitation in mentioning the doctor's name, but I didn't have the doctor's name.
