I took my 6 year old daughter for dental caries. Dr. Aishwarya, pedodontist took good care of my daughter, handled her with patience, explained every step in the treatment to my kid so as to gain her confidence. My kid herself wanted to go her nowadays. I need not compel her to take to clinic. Good hearted and patient friendly doctor she is.

Hey this is Eli, I came to clove dental for my overall dental check-up and got check-up with Dr. Nissy found my condition of my teeth need more treatment like removal of lower teeth, implantation and root canel etc. I was little overwhelmed but all doctors (Dr. Nissy, Dr. Vinay, Dr. Bhavana, Dr. Ahmed) was very nice cool and good so my overall treatment went Awesome, and staff Da's (Madhuri, Rizwana) fallow up's and reciveing was cool. Got done a dental checkup, scaling and composite replacement. Dr. Nissi was thorough in her explanations. She even explained how the toothpaste will work to prevent further deterioration. She and her assistant Rizwana performed the procedures very carefully and ensured these was no discomfort at all. Thank you!

Thanks to dr Shraddha periodontist who has treated my child with multiple treatments like pulpectomies and extraction. In first visit my child was in very much pain and was reluctant to dental treatment but as visits passed he became very comfortable with the doctor and she as very happy getting the treatment done. I found Dr Kafeel NOT very professional. I had an appointment and reached it in time, while in terrible tooth pain. Two guys, who came after I did, were allowed inside because, apparently, they knew this dentist. I had to wait in much pain for 40 minutes after my appointed time, before I got the consultation. And during the examination, I asked him to give me pain medication and the details of my options, including payment, so that when the pain subsides, I can make a logical and well-informed decision. He sort of played slime ball by avoiding an answer and forcing me to make a choice while I was writhing in pain. He even didn't mention the full charges of the operation. He didn't mention the price of the crown which has to be fitted after the root canal. Once the root canal was over few days later, he asked me to choose between different crowns and asked me to pay for that, which ran into₹11k. I couldn't leave it halfway with just root canal and most of that teeth gone and no crown. Felt cheated. It was a frustrating experience.

I'm giving 2 star and not 1 star because the job they did was good. No pain and the crown seems nice. But that was done by two other dentists and not Dr Kafeel. The receptionists and nurses were nice and helpful too.

Dr kafeel was the doctor who did tooth scaling for me. One thing that I found unprofessional was the way he was asking questions about the payment of the treatment. The receptionist had verified the payment and had me lie on the dental chair. Despite that he asked me questions like do you have plan or have you paid full amount. When i told him i have taken a plan which covers my treatment for free. He was like “didn’t they say you that the first treatment after buying the plan is NOT free”? Which was very disrespectful. I went to the clinic after confirming everything with the customer service only then I went to this clinic. Will never go there or any clove dental branch.

I have visited this place to get my teeth cleaning and scaling. Dr Sowmya has done a great work and i m v much happy after the treatment i would like to thank her for the same. The place is also very good and hygiene and the medical equipments which they use are also very hygiene. The staff is also very friendly and they will support in al wayz.
