My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Cocoon Salon! The service was top-notch, from their excellent hair care and styling. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome and pampered throughout our visit. We both left with a fresh new look and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended!

Laxmi, did my haircut and dry, keratin wash. She did an amazing job, the hair cut was amazing and she did an amazing job blow drying my hair! I wear hijab and she was highly sensitive of my needs and accomodated my request. I also opted for manicure and pedicure, it was great too! Will definitely come back again!

Cocoon is one of the waste saloon few months back I have visited to the saloon for face treading but no one is responsing me just they are trying to ignore or irresponsible of there work very bad

I never had such a bad experience in haircut, I have clearly told my view to the hair stylist but I don't know what he understood he totally spoiled it. It's been 3 days that had my haircut but still I am unable to accept it felt bad

The staff (lakshmi) are very friendly and welcoming.

Mrs Anitha (nail artist) had done my nails. Really loved her work was upto the mark and was also friendly.

I got hair botox done from hair stylist Suresh.he is quite friendly and helpful:) hair is still quite straight after 4 months.

Hair artist suresh has done an amazing job with the botox treatment. He carefully assessed my hair type and recommended me appropriate treatments. Definitely recommend it.

Too unprofessional, insensitive staff. They are hardly bothered about customer satisfaction.

First they asked us to wait for 40 minutes for my 4 years daughter's haircut, later they refused giving weird reasons.
In front of me, hairstylist refused to make minor changes (to the haircut he has given to a kid) to the one of the customer's daughter.

Visited cocoon saloon Manikonda branch today, for Hair Spa.
Service is too good. It is so much relaxing an d refreshing.
I must appreciate Hair stylist Suresh for his service, he has done great job. Suresh has given very good hair spa massage treatment which is really rejuvenating.
His hair consultation and treatment is much appreciated.
I recommend one must Cocoon!

A very pleasant and delightful experience from this saloon.after a research for almost 4-5 months and checking nearly all saloon in the area. I had decided to get my hair smoothening done in this saloon. Mr Mahesh has been so polite and patient to explain details of the process and what is better for my hair quality.and the end result was so satisfying the change over I got was so pleasing.thank you so much Mr Mahesh for the service will definitely recommend my friends and family.

Cocoon never disappoints when it comes to hair grooming. Reasonable and best.

I was not at all impressed with the services. The hairstylist costed me around 1200. She pulled my hair so bad for styling it. Haven’t even applied hair protectant before styling. More than the services I think the manners of the employees there needs to be improved.

Have been visiting this salon for the last 3 years. Have always had great experiences. Very friendly, courteous and polite staff who always go an extra mile to keep their customers happy. I have my favourites too. Harika for Waxing, Pedicure and Manicure, Sultana for Facial and Kranthi for Head massage. Way to go girls! Even if the prices are slightly on the expensive end, their openness for constructive feedback and their constant effort to better the services provided to you is what pulls the crowd. Keep up the good work! ️

There have been multiple changes in the people handling the services, but Sultana's services is what continues to bring me back to Coccoon. She is extremely good with her services, hospitality and not to forget polite in how she handles the customers. People did change their services and place but not her services. They only got better over the time. Last but not the least, thank you very much for bringing in the loyalty programs for the loyal customers. It has already been 4 years with you guys now.

Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic, clean! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and areaseated almost immediately.yashwant was been a great addition to the team. I had the best keratin treatment by yashwant. I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here.

The worst especially after reading the reviews about SURESH I thought it would be great but definitely wrong choice made.
I have asked for a U cut but what he has done is a regular level cut and in turn he makes u fell like he is doing all extra and for free the bill includes all he does but he just acts like he's giving u a free hair cut

I did my highlights from this salon and they did a great job.the hairstylist named Aslam guided me in a proper way and was very professional and he gave me the results which i wanted.the price was a bit more than expected but the service was awesome.

One of the best services near Dream valley manikonda. I was in doubt to get my hair cut done as i had long hair and was fed up with hairfall. I needed some good professional to cut my hair as i was more worried. But Suresh did it exactly the way i wanted. He did it very patiently by making me comfortable at every step.
