Room was good and I had a great experience. The only thing is they are not allowing guests after 10 even it is mentioned in the application that it comes under complimentary they are not following it.
Nice hotel, prompt cleaning services as well! Only feedback would be to provide basic amenities like electric kettles, extra towels etc without having to request for them.

Hotel manager is very arrogant with the female guest. They will remove you out of the hotel anytime even if you have paid for it and the hotel is worst in everything. Rooms are worst. It’s a scam. I am about to file a FIR
Rooms are good with running hot water. Staff doesn't respond well. It's better to order online than to order from their catering. It's good for one day stay. Please avoid it if you want luxury.
I think Third class hotel, in all things, no staff service, ac is old very slow, tv is not recharged they telling all costomer, only one word, Ghatiya hotel hai paise Jane pe dukh hoga, pls don't stay in this hotel, my bad experience.humare paise lekar Hume ullu banate hai aur deposite bhi lete hai

Recently, I had the displeasing experience of staying in a hotel that deserves nothing more than a single star. The service team failed entirely in their duties, showing indecent behavior in their communication with me. I was kept waiting, and when I inquired about the delay, the staff asked me to pay an additional charge. The reception team was arrogant, unhelpful, and uncooperative, contributing to a disastrous stay. Overall, this hotel experience was exceptionally poor, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
Rooms were ok but service was not ok. Aldo they refused to give complementary breakfast which was shown at the time of booking, but at last I came to know it was not the mistake of hotel but Goibibo as they have refunded me also.
The staff is very polite and humble. I had issue with my booking but they allowed us to stay there. Although the room do need some cleanliness and pest control service.
As a new person to the place never judge any property from outer look.same happend to me from out side big building good ambience.but room service very pathetic.bed sheet was not clean and asked to replace the staff initaially denied later my request came with bedsheet but he just kept in bed and asked to replace myself! Bathroom pipes are fully leaking we need to use items very carefully unlesss water will come many place.no hot water.no restaurant so we have too eat from out side but I decided to bring food room and eat but they won’t provide plates for eating food, we need to buy from out side! Overall just ok the stay!
Dont ever go this hotel, even OYO cheats you, dont get cheated by the photos in OYO, once you book neither OYO nor the hotel will help you or assist you.this is my 4th experience worst experience with OYO and hotels i booked with OYO
Rooms aren't clean, bedsheets smells bad, cockroachs everywhere. Staff isn't friendly. Lost my wallet at hotel didn't get it back it had 10000/- cash in that.
Booked through OYO. Very much disappointed, no tv no wifi no restaurant and mainly wost staff i have ever experienced, very rude behavior. Worth less idiots. They dont even know how to behave with customers. They kept me waiting at the reception for 20min by doing their own work by not attending me.
My company HO is in Hyderabad so they booked a hotel for their staff. It was an overall wonderful experience staying in this hotel with a colleague. Supportive staff with good ambiance. Booked through OYO so complimentary breakfast was included in it. The only problem was with breakfast stayed for 3 days but same breakfast for 3 days.
I stayed in this hotel for a day. Not worthy for the amount you pay.
Hot water is not available and the receptionist didn’t even mentioned it, until I see the post (Hot water unavailable) and asked him. He said water will be brought to my room in buckets when ever requested. But there is a lot of delay in it.
This is my first booking with OYO and I am extremely dissatisfied. I booked a hotel in Hyderabad Hotel Lotus Grand and I did an early check-in by paying 800rs and saw the room to be very dirty (torn pillows, too many strains on blankets and very dirty bathroom) ***the pictures on oyo website doesn't match the real rooms*** I immediately left the place. The property manager did not return the money I paid for early check-in and he's not even talking to the OYO representative on the phone. After too much struggling to talk to the property manager, OYO gave up and ended up ditching me. OYO says they are not responsible for the early check-in fee. This is completely OYOs fault as the fake amazing pictures they show on their website doesn't match with the real ones. I paid 800rs just to get a glance of dirty room that OYO portrayed to be grand. OYO with the worst customer service interaction and very bad first experience.
Beware, this property DOESNOT look like what you see on the pictures. This is trash. And the property manager is rude and irresponsible.
Good hotel n perfect place to stay in near to secenderabad railway station. But don't ask money for early checking after 10 am cz it's complimentary check in from oyo but hotel management guys will ask money for after 10 am to 12 pm 30% of per day cost that's not good thing
One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed. No cleanliness, no hygienic, staff was rude, the road leading to the hotel was the worst one can expect. Somehow i managed my stay there
It is a nice hotel very close to Secunderabad Railway station. It has a hall and restaurant inside it. The staff is co-operative. Currently there is some difficulty in the entrance near Gurdwara because of some ongoing construction in road.
Very good staff and was very affordable and secured mainly the rooms were very clean and service was full filling had a great time and restaurant is recommendable
The staff hepled me alot by getting a wheelchair and took a good care the management helped me a lot and understood my position very close to secunderbad railway station and affordable ams oyo helped for an easy access thabk you
It provides the best food and stay. The maintainance is also good. This hotel is nearer to the secundrabad railway station. The rooms are spacious and with good furniture. House keeping is also good.
Good experience in staying at Lotusgrand secundrabad it's near to station very convenient to go other places. Staff also very co operative Over all it is good.
Very wrost Response from hotel team. They are not serious about room problem after check in. TV not working from 2 days, after my continuous complaint to receiption but they only entertain with tourists. No any serious action tooken from hotel team after customers complaints regarding nay facilities. Hotel needs to improve much more things.
