Amazing service by Sajan, the hair stylist. Got my hair cut and color yesterday. 100% satisfying experience. Just the way i wanted. Would definitely recommend complexion for hair styling and other service.

Been a customer for 10 years now due to lack of good parlours near MH society. The standard of service has gone down while the price has increased to maintain the new parlour. Over the last 7 months I have visited the parlour every 2 months for a pedicure and a haircut and have been made to wait for an average 30-40 mins each time. There is only 1 hairdresser every time, probably because they are not able to retain employees well. There is no token system, no use of booking an appointment or no use of reaching early. The cost of hair wash + hair cut + hair styling was 550 earlier and since January it has been increased to 700. Absolutely not worth the money, because the experience is trash.

The management is clearly incapable of maintaining this new huge parlour. Better to go to Lemon Tree near the MH villas, atleast it's worth the money.

Service is good but a bit costly, I feel they can provide same service at a bit reasonable price

Rates are also affordable.
I really like to go there though it is very far from my area.

Well managed unisex salon with all the range of services. Reasonable as well. Good hygiene and kid friendly place.

Folks are maintaining sanitization norms and request you to do the same. The prices were hiked but that's understandable.

Went for hair smoothing, they ruined my hair after the treatment my hair were not smooth at all, they still had waves in them and looked very dry and dull.they started looking like a wig.would not suggest for any kind of hair treatments.not satisfied at all and not professional at all.

The service that I took yesterday was quite sensitive and the staff assigned to me was extremely experienced. Rendered the service hassle free. Never loose such dedicated staff. I think complextions should be tagged as service at its best in all suitations. They never disappoint the customers.

They are maintaining all the norms of masks, sanitisation and one time use of towels. Very clean and staff also well trained

Visited Complexions post lockdown, I must say I was so relieved that my favourite salon was back in action, and the smell of new paint gave me the confirmation and confidence that m entering into a safe zone, Kudos to the proprietor there, she's a super woman I must say.and the services are par excellence.

I've been going to Complexions since 2 years. The staff they have is amazing and today's service was outstanding of all. They take personal interest in their clients, ask questions and provide service with cleanliness. The girl who attended me today was Padma, she paid close attention to every little thing of the client, spent sufficient time to take care of each service. She definitely deserves more than an appreciation.

Post Covid-19 They have increased their safety measures and they are maintaining good hygiene with extra care towards their customers. Keep up the good job.

Alterations made for service post covid - 19 are really sanitary. All staff has been asked to wear masks while providing service and sanitizers have been provided at every station. Really hygienic and professional as usual. Good job!
