My husband got admitted to undergo a surgery for kidney stone removal they gave a package for the surgery but due to some health conditions the process was altered rather than that doctor suggested even though the procedure was different from the doctor suggested one they didnot even informed us about the procedure cost which was actually done when we were trying to asked them about the pricing between 2 procedures they are explaining us it will be charged same but will try to give concession in the next procedure 20 days later we have been there again and have done another procedure but didnot get any reliable solution for the issue not reccomendable for anyone they are charging bomb and the care is unsatisfied. And there are cockroaches moving around the patient’s bed and in restrooms as well. When they are charging 6500 rupees for semi private room the room should be in a hygiene way in all aspects house keeping team wont come for cleaning restrooms untill we ask them to do

THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER! I should have read the reviews carefully before considering this hospital. I had to admit my sister for severe abdominal pain and fever and they kept her on just paracetamol for the whole day even when she complained multiple times about her abdominal pain not subsiding. Disgusted by the management and the doctors at this hospital. We discharged her after 1.5 days seeing that her condition was not improving even a little. For this duration they charged 29k of which 5k was charges for doctor visit - none of these incompetent doctors changed the treatment plan even a bit. They just looked at her and left and still charged 5k!
We shifted her to NIMS where they immediately changed the treatment plan and her situation improved in 6 hrs. I would never wish anyone to go through this experience and hence would very strongly suggest to stay away from this business which they front as healthcare providers.

Worst experience for emergency. They will not let you stay for more than 15mins in the emergency ward unless you pay 15000 for random test that don’t make any sense.

We have met Dr. Abhishek mohanty, cardiologist. He is a very good doctor and treated very well. I will suggest him for cardio related issues.

Dont fall for good ratings, full of fake reviews. Apart from nice building, everything about this hospital is really bad. Be it doctor, receptionist, other managements, cost, quality of medicines prescribed.

I visited for dermatologist and the receptionist behaviour was really bad and full of attitude. I wonder what did i do wrong to get treated like that. They avoid giving you bills unless you ask for it. Despite prior appointment, you may have to wait for like an hour. Best of all, docter asked us to revisit after a month.on revisiting, she literally spent less than a minute looking at problem and recomended to come again after a month.

The health check packages, orthopaedics, internal medicine departments are good for consultation. Hospital is well maintained and ensure hygiene all the time

Hi I was treated by Dr. Sai Sri Harsha. He is a very polite doctor and whatever issues i discussed with him he ensured to solve it immediately.

Hospital has minimum assistance staff and more staffs to only consult patients and visitors on insurance coverage part and price part. You will feel that you are visiting any shopping mall. Everything here is just very costly and if they know you have insurance then be prepared for getting all ur insurance limit consumed for any sort of treatment you may go for. We went here for my wife’s cyst surgery which lasted 30 mins and we were charged 80K the same cyst surgery which we were told for 12K at local clinic. Pathetic service and not worth even a penny to get any sort of treatment here. If possible do avoid this hospital

Too much crowd and mismanagement! There should be more people in cash counter/ billing. With kids it is difficult to wait hours just to see the doctor and that too after taking appointment.

Continental Hospital is a very well managed hospital with a large facility. I recently returned to India after 32 years of work overseas and I found it no less than any western managed hospital though it requires some maintenance in some places of the building. Surprised to see many international patients also. This hospital has all systems in place and things happen very smoothly without confusion and waiting. The good thing is it has a great pantry which caters to all types of food at reasonable price. Unlike other hospitals, this hospital is not crowded and doctors give enough time to the patients to listen to them. Hope they continue to maintain the standards.

Dr Ram Mohan Reddy performed my Dad's Right Knee replacement surgery and he is best in this business and is very efficient and patient friendly.
Special thanks to Nursing staff Athira and Hemalatha who were best at their Job and will be an asset to the hospital. Support staff in third floor have done a fabulous job.
Billing and final settlement was smooth and clean.

Cons: Food served to the patient was cold. Dietitian should have supervised the quality of food served to the patient.

I visited Continental for a Gynaec issue. I consulted Dr Jyothi Kanakala. She was really good and patient. Very experienced and senior. She understood my problem and took necessary steps to solve the problem.
Regarding the hospital, it is very spacious and clean. Doesnt seem like a hospital. Well planned and spaced out. The staff and the doctors are very courteous n helpful. Sonia an assistant to Dr Jyoti too responded well to any issues I had and was very proactive on Whatsapp too.
Overall very good experience. Recommend this hospital to anyone who needs.

I was worried about my mom's (Guggilla Sridevi) breast cancer and have been to many other reputed hospitals with no luck as they were delaying the process. But I just wanted to try Continental as it was close to my workspace. That's it, within a week, we got a resolution and, my mom was well-treated on 11th Nov 2021. Although the treatment is still going on, the service and communication provided by the doctor (Dr. Praveen Kumar Dadireddy), assisting doctor (Ms. Mary), and staff (ground staff & insurance department) was exceptional. I only happed to focus on my mom's health, which was a great relief, as Continental was taking care of the other stuff. Usually, hospitals tend to make you anxious with other stuff to create an emergency, which was not in our case. I hope we will receive this continued service in the future too. Cheers! Worst experience to the emergency.no one cares if someone has entered the emergency care. I stood at the counter for 10 min and then the security guard had to find someone and give me medical attention.they didn't have an ECG machine to check the patient and they are fighting internally that the handover wasn't proper.they used 4 ecg machines but none of them working. I am talking about emergency ward using faulty devices.

Then before even the treatment started they asked questions about which gated community I belong/ do I belong to MNC/ how much is my income. Questions I found irrelevant for a emergency case.then patient has to pay 100 rs registration fees before the treatment.they couldn't wait till the initial treatment is given. The nurse (I don't wanna take the name) who was taking ecg and bp didn't know where the leads go and they are laughing that she was confused with the lead colors. I felt like a lab rat on whome the new hires are learning.

After charging me Rs. 3500+ they couldn't diagnose my issue (made an assumption muscle pain) and suggested me to meet a cardiologist on Monday and asked me to go home with the chest pain.

Need better planning on out patient appointments. We were made to wait for 1.5 hours even though we reached on time.

I was recently admitted for my delivery. For my post c section care, I want to mention sister sushama who took exceptional efforts to guide me with nursing, baby care and my own health. She was genuinely empathetic towards me. While the rest of the staff seemed detached, she was truly interested in getting me better.

Dr Laxminadh Sivaraju is a very humble, professional and experienced neuro surgeon in Continental hospital Hyderabad.
We have consulted him for a Trigeminal neuralgia problem for my mother-in-law, as before surgery she had seviour unbearable pain with a lot of other health issues, Dr Laxminadh sir done MVD surgery to her and he was very professional in explaining the detail of the problem and the surgery implications coz we were little skeptical about opting for a surgery initially. Only with his expert guidance and confidence we went ahead and got the surgery done and now my mother-in-law is recovering very well post the treatment. Dr keeps in touch with us regularly and tracks the recovery and progress, he always help and guide, even in an emergancy at midnight he helped for sudden health issue very nicely,

Came to this hospital for a gynaecology surgery for my mom. She had a uterine fibroid, so she needed a hysterectomy surgery, it was a huge fibroid and the surgery was a very challenging one but, Dr. Kavitha Naragoni mam, performed the surgery via laparoscopy and managed to remove the fibroid without the need of an open surgery. Thank you so much mam because of this my mom recovered super fast and she is fine now. Thanks to the whole gynaecology department (Dr. Greeshma mam, Dr. Ujwala mam). The nursing and house keeping staff from 4th IPD (sushma, aasha, tulasi sisters and saraswathi, nagamani aayas) thank you so much everyone for your caring ️ And not to forget patient relationship officer and team specially Ms. Pallavi, thanks for making sure that there was no compromise in delivery of care at any point of time.

As my friend suggested, I have consulted Dr. S K Gupta due to my Hemoglobin is low (hb. 5.1). Within a week my HB level got increased with the treatment provided by Gupta Sir. (No transfusions, no costly investigations, no bed rest) He is the best hematologist in the city to consult for better treatment. The experience with hematology department is really good and treated well during my presence in hospital. Bit costly and no discount given for health checks. It would be good and happy for if some discount can be given to IT or other employees.

Please don't reply on COVID Test from Continental, rather get another test done from different pathology as well to confirm before getting into treatment phase.

Suggest you to speak to them and they will tell that we are not 100% sure on the results.

I happen to find a senior citizen patient panicking because of the inaccurate report delivered to them which eventually came out negative upon checks from 2 different pathology.

I cam here for health check up and the executives are taking care patients are very good and polite. And the Doctors is treating like very friendly. Thank you!

I have been in association with Dr Sharif for little more than a year now for my mother's dental treatment.
The first thing that stands out with Dr Sharif is his super gentle and humble nature and the way he treats and the effort he puts into making the patient comfortable and listens to every need.
We have done a wide range of treatment so far ranging from tooth extraction, partial denture, root canal and the quality of service provided is absolutely awesome. His skills do justify the qualifications and his behavior is a big plus.
I would absolutely recommend Dr Sharif for all your dental needs.

Sitting in the waiting area.already been 40 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.
They are not sure when the doctor will be available.
What they did without fail was to collect the first time registration fee. And then 40 minutes of wait - which is continuing. The wait is attributed to non functioning of their hospital software. And the doctor is nowhere to be seen.
Such a big hospital with poorest mismanagement.
Had I not paid the registration fees, I would have stepped out.
Someone who is already not well, but pays so much as hospital fees doesnt deserve this. Such hospitals are just money making factories.

I have visited Continental hospital for man years for my medical tests and consultations. Recently, I went for Covid vaccination and was very impressed with the professional and calm way the staff conducted the vaccination. I realized that Continental is working under external constraints and other uncertainties and saw some patients were getting agitated. The staff, and in particular, Mr. CA Viju, displayed enormous patience and courtesy to explain the procedures and the constraints. Mr. Viju has been very proactive and went out of his way to provide very useful information.
