The equipment in the gym is top notch and so are the trainers. Sudershan Sir took great care and motivated me to not skip gym although I was just here for a month I lost 7 kgs pushing myself with his help and not losing any muscle mass.

It's a high profile and premium gym in sorrounding area, little bit of cost is high, but comparing to some other gyms prices are also very reasonable and they provide well experienced fitness trainers to us cost of monthly package also.
