The only best thing about the resort was outdoor landscape and the staff. The rooms and interiors all looked like some old bungalow or govt quarters.

Good staff, Good tasty food, Especially Mr Naresh manager I can rate 5/5 for his service.

Beautifull Place for weekend Outing. Excellent service and the staff were very attentive and the food was very good. The rooms were large and very comfortable with all aminities.

This resort was worst resort and management was completely worst and the manager behaviour was completely bad and miss behaving completely worst and worst.

Near to the city wonderful swimming pool n best room quality car parking area needs to be taken care Scorpio s are there, apart from that every thing is good.

Avoid this property if you are planning with family. The property and rooms are not maintained.especially the washrooms, which look vintage. The place does not qualify even for 1 star.

The rooms were extremely bad, Broken toilets, unclean rooms.

Went for a day hangout with cousins, we can't expect a luxury but within the budget it is a good place

Pros: Nice ambiance for a weekend getaway. Good to see with some indoor and outdoor sports activities as well as pool with night lighting.
Since it's located next to big himayat sagar lake you will get some nice breeze.
You can experience nice greenish lawns for an outdoor activity.
Cons: Even though they kept for all sorts of people This resort might suite only for a bulk booking like office parties or friends get together.

It's not good for family because people were drinking in open area which is very uncomfortable for families and food is average

The best resort for enjoying and also the taste and services is very nice
But only thing I didn't like was that the privacy is not there for us as there were other groups also joining in the same resort but remaining everything is good

Decent Place to hangout on weekends with friends & family. Food is Good, staff is supportive and available all the time. Clean & Hygienic Maintenance.

A small resort for small gatherings, functions. Resort is ok, average. Location too far from main road, approach road is bad.

A decent place to be at. Resort is at a great location, isolated from the bustling city and can take out time to realx from hectic schedule.

The normal Rooms are decently spacious, have comfortable beds but the cottage rooms needs to have better ventilation as the shed which is made of dry grass makes it smelly, if room closed for long time.

I feel that we could have been provided with more helping hand from the management but however the provided staff was helpful and cooperative.

We stayed here for our cousin marriage, overall it is beautiful place and having ample space where you can arrange for several functions, also in a pool you can enjoy with the family.

It's good place to enjoy at weekends all is good.i think some more improvement on services and food remaining all is well.

Day out trip is third class.
Buffet lunch food was pathetic.
In veg. They just had sambhar and one one aloo matar veg which smells very bad.

Very good place. We enjoyed a lot with family. Resort staff very humble and respectful. Good also delicious. Over all service excellent.

This is the worsted resort I have ever seen, I wish I could have rated 0, people are too arogant especially Mr. Srikanth Sai who don't know how to behave and deal with the guests. My suggestion to the management is to appoint good candidates and maintain hygiene for betterment.

Good for outdoor events. But they definitely need to work on stay. Rooms are pathetic with zero maintanance.

I booked this place for a duration of 3 days from 19th-22nd November, 2021. See below for pros and cons:
List of good things:
1. Excellent location and charming property.
2. Different sized lawns so pictures look great
3. Greenery is amazing

List of disappointments:
1. Service is pathetic. We needed water a dispenser on the 2nd floor banquet hall and the staff refused to put it and we had to do it ourselves.
2. We had the place for three days and they didn't clean the rooms and corridors even once and it was raining.
3. The staff literally disappears when we need them.
4. No cooperation at all and they come and ask you for money on the last day
5. The rooms are strictly below 1 star hotels with geysers not working. I had to listen to people complain about having cold water showers in November.

Overall I expected more and went back with disappointed guests.
This is not a resort, it is basically a glorified farmhouse and that is it. So if anyone wishes to hire this place I suggest you do with a separate team of people just for resort management.

Great place. Cooperative staff. Pool is good as well. Located in a very scenic place, but it's a little inaccessible.

Wonderful countryside resort for weddings and family functions. Located near Himayat Sagar which makes it more attractive during all seasons especially winters. Visiting through personal travel is recommended as finding cab could be a task at some point. Very well maintained property.

As an event venue this is a good place, but rooms and amenities are way below standards 2 * worth.
I doubt anyone is going there as resort. I only see events and shootings happening here

It was a very good experience. Food and service was particularly too good. Only reason for 4star was maintanance of bathrooms which were not upto the mark. Overall good place to hangout with friends and family.

Excellent place staff is very humble and nice. They have fulfilled all our request with any hesitation. Food is also excellent.

This place is good for a weekend outing with friends or family. Good place with amenities. Reasonable price. Go for corporate booking for better discounts. We can book for 24 hrs enjoy pool, can play cricket and booze is allowed they provide required snacks and good food too.

I visited this place on 22nd Feb 2020 along with my college buddies. It was an overwhelming experience. The management was very cooperative. Facilities like cricket, swimming pool, TT, snooker, carroms reminded our good old college days. I thank Amar, Naresh for making our day really special. Cost is 1800 for 23 hours.

I have been to many resorts nearby to Hyderabad believe me this is the resort I was looking out for.excellent atmosphere, good maintenance, friendly staff, delicious food items wer provided. I rate countryside as an no 1 resort.in twin cities

Very good place for hangout with friend's and family. Very very friendly staff. Awesome swimming pool it was very clean and neat. Food was superb. Rooms are good with luxury bed and ac. You have rain dance and some slides too. There is a separate photo gallery for photo shoot were you need to pay extra amount for it. If you are walking exploring deep you can go see himayat sagar lake. You can play cricket too. They have tt table, carrom board, snooker table, foot ball.
If you are comparing cost wt i felt is it is chep.

Place is cool, Good to have parteis with friends, office events, spending time with family and nice to have some privacy as well.

Food was really awesome and service was good. Rooms were really clean and spacious and swimming pool was really maintained very well. This place is ideally good for gettogether parties and staff response is really good. Good resort in affordable prices and worth for money spent.

Snacks, room, pool and hospitality were damn good.

Dinner was average, but I dont think after having so much snacks stuff one would prefer to have dinner again.

️There are both indoor and outdoor sets (I have clicked only indoor of my bro and sis in law). Sets are of diff types like ethnic, modern, western. It will take almost 7 hrs approx including photography and videography (as my bro and sis in law utilized all sets with diff dresses and variety of stills)
️food is available there (u have to order before 1 hr)
️makeup room is available near the sets

Note - singles are not allowed to click any self pics even though if they pay money (I was cautioned by manager)

One of the worst resort I have ever seen before.food was very pathetic.no maintenance.if u get down in pool definitely u will get skin allergies.it was just like a dustbin.

Overall good but its not maintained properly. Food is good both veg and nonveg are served. Rooms are clean and tidy with AC and luxury beds. It is very cheap, we striked a deal 1800/ per person one night stay dinner, breakfast and lunch including access to pool and rain dance and slides.
