The place is great for a desert. Nutty death by chocolate is definitely a great try, nuts overload comes up with good amounts of nuts and seasonal sitaphal is a good choice. The place is decent.

Not added proper fruits in fruit exotica as said. All are frozen fruits not fresh. Waste of money.

The card machine wasn't working.i guess it was their scam to avoid card payment.instead, they're taking scan payments

Cream Stone is a popular ice cream chain in India, known for its wide range of flavors and toppings. I regularly go to Cream Stone, and I really enjoy their Guava and Nuts Overload ice cream. However, I recently tried their Sitaphal/Custard Apple ice cream, and I was disappointed. I found that the Natural Icecreams Sitaphal ice cream was far better in terms of flavor and texture.

I tried sitaphal ice cream for the first time, in the menu it has mentioned sitaphal creation. I thought there would be something special but it's too plain no. Taste is not bad.

Like every cream stone prices are a bit high here. We tried seetha phal creation which cost us 218/-.

The taste is simply superb…. I have ordered Tiramisu which is great…. The staff is so nice but the order delay…. Just keep that in mind and order, otherwise everything is good.

Try cashews and Almonds on any ice cream, it enhances the taste

Bad experience faced it today, waited for 1 hour still dint got icecream becouse of that reason giving 1 rating.never faced it like this before.

Yesterday I had worst experience. First no one came to take the order even when we went to them and asked to take our orders. They were only taking orders for those who were in large groups. Only profit matters to them not the customers satisfaction. Their behavior was also rude. They told us dine in is closed but after us so many people came and went and we were still waiting for our order. And when we got the order it wasn't good. They mixed raisins in the nuts overload and strawberry flavour was there. When we complained about this they were least bothered. Don't waste your time going to this outlet.

Taste was awesome but staff were rude. I have ordered 5 items But after 2minutes, In those I tried to chane 1 item but he refused to change by saying 'your order was entered'. Later he has delivered the order after half an hour.

Not so good. Lazzy person. No hygiene is maintained inside. Tables are durty with icecream. They don't clean nicely. Breaking rules of timing. I have seen police also forcefully closed them in night.

Nuts overload used to be my favourite. These days they have reduced the quantity of the nuts. Thats make me very unhappy.

Besides offering the finest ice-creams and shakes they must focus on the ambience and service too. There was no ample space. Imagine how irritaing it would be when we thought of having some gud tym but things go out of hands.

It's too crowdy last nyt that ppl queued up to get their orders. Ordering system was pathetic. In our case we were not served the right one we ordered may be coz of the crowd over there. So if u guys thought of makin peaceful evng with cream stone concept I would rather suggest the one that's located in banjara hills. It's a hundred times better than this clumsy one in hitech city.

Wonderful icecream creations and concepts. Receiving everytime good service and quality of taste also. Having dine in service and car service also to take and serve the order. We always select cream stone when we had a thought to break with ice-creams. Late night also icecream available here.

Pathetic, no mask of customers, no social distancing, no use hand sanitiz its very bad and small kids for Wondering for ice cream as the kids are excited for ice cream with family members and mainly those who do delivery, those agents are not following COVID -19 rules and also the management & no one is their to take care.

Cosy ice cream parlour. Different flavours are available though when we went, one of the machines was down so we couldn't get some flavours. One waiter named Sumit was very friendly; really modest and helpful. The place is open till late night so surely a place to 'chill' after a long day!

Only Card or Cash.the manager helped us pay through dine out app ultimately.people who came after us were being served and were leaving.waited for 30 mins and we had to go in and ask for our order.this is when they realised the order has been missed.the order arrived and the choco lava melted so bad that it was all over us and the car.all in all not a good experience. 3 stars for helping us find a way to pay when we did not have cash or card!

They had very good ice-cream - Even have sugar free varieties for those who are keeping a check on their diet

The thick shakes and milkshakes are not available here. So if you are going to order that i would advice against that.

Worst place and worst service the manager himself is so dumb and doesn't have minimal respect towards humanity, I think he judge people according to there uniform talking so rudely with delivery boys when I visited the place I saw this management kindly take some action thought of uploading few pics and a video but anyways

Offers a wide variety of ice cream flavours. Rich in taste. They have decent sitting place, both inside and outside. However, parking place is the only odd thing about the outlet. Has the weird steep slope. Otherwise, good place to visit and spend time for ice cream lovers!

Tasty experience. However place for sitting and eating was not quiet clean. Flies were also finding their ice cream tasty so we're wandering in the whole area. Could have decorated the place more.

They have a good variety of ice creams rather than the usual brownie ice creams my personal fav is fruit blast

Taste is good, a bit crowded even at 11 pm on a weekend. Had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drive in is available which is great.
Parking is also available for four wheeler.

Nice place to hang out with friends, girlfriend and do bakar. Yes, you can easy talk and blabber while having ice-cream and find it interesting at this place. It has something nice about it. Probably the location. Must try. Best part - it opens till late night (1 AM)

Very Bad!

I know you got shocked for this, but I had very bad experience of Quality of the Ice Cream on Aug-04-19. We ordered an ice cream but the guy got us some other Ice cream by cheating us. Also, while paying the Bill, we raised this question but due to huge crowd (Sunday), they didn't care us.

The Cars swiping machine wasn't working too.

According to me, the ice creams served by Cream Stone are the best in the city. However the service needs to be improved. The service is sluggish and the customer service has a huge room for improvement. Else I would have given it a 5 star.

Today we ordered Mr. Alphonso cost 225 Rs. And found small insect in it. Staff was seeing it and gave new cup. Upsetting

Well it's the cream stone! What else we could say about it. "The best" ice cream. Different combinations of nuts n creams. Must try all the varieties.

The staff on the ice cream counter are talking volgur language especially the guy with black ear studs.
Two three guys vere talking all rubbish. Not a pleasant experience though. The ice-cream was good as usual.
