The store is small seating capacity looking in the area it is located.
Not very well kept and clean. One of the staff members was found using derogatory language.

I preferred to taste a scoop of dates and almonds. It was nice. They made me wait for some time. Else the taste of ice cream was very good. You can try it.

It's great as usual. Pick any ice cream from the menu and I'm sure u will not get disappointed.

The route was tough because of some road closures but over all i was at my destination so its ok.

I ordered MAKE YOUR OWN CONCEPT which i absolutely loved.staff there was so helpful and polite the person who customize ice-cream for me, blend ice-cream so well

We can make timepass cost is high. For me compared to cream stone is eating cone at outside is best. We can enjoy the flavour too

Compared to other cream stone branches this branch is good but the place is too small we just have very limited seating

1. Hyderabad's best ice cream. Enough said.

2. Expensive though. A cup of ice cream starts from 150 and can go upto 220 bucks. Is it worth it? Yes. Are they stingy with their servings? Nope.

3. While this place is usually jam packed from evenings all the way past midnight, if you come in a car you'll get service right there in your car.

Best ice cream parlor. The original. Mr. Alphanso is must try dish in summer. Other options are also very good.
Taste is delicious. Service is great.

I think this is the best ice cream brand in Hyderabad, i had Mr. Alphonso and dry fruit delight.it was really delicious and unique.

Like before creamstone it was not their y because they don't have proper staff over their their hospitality was not at all good

There is nothing new to write about this Cream Stone. Ice creams and shakes taste the same as any. Try their Mango one which is seasonal.

Place is cramped.
Staff is slow.
It gets crowded when there are too many people from Swiggy and Zomato waiting to pick their orders.
Service can be way way better but there is hardly place for 2 people to make ice creams and also pack them for deliveries behind the counter.

The place is bussy always, which is a good thing.
Ice creams are of huge portion so share first
place is small so you might feel suffocated
taste wise I would say 'OK'.

Ice creams are good.but the place sucks.just take away the order. Not at all recommend to sit and eat.
