Quantity is pathetic (low) when compared to other branches
I ordered Death By Chocolate
and I could see only 1/2 scoop of ice cream scoop in tub. Charging heavy but providing less quantity. Ultimate suggestion is better ignore this branch

Very bad.first time having worst experience with cream stone… ice cream sitaphal is not at all good it has pungent smell…not recommended

Wonderful icecreams but the place lost its glory- torn seats, worst hospitality. Seems like the franchisee doesn't care this joint anymore!

, variety of tasty ice creams. I went last week really enjoyed a lot.must try red velvet, paan mix and Jamun flavours were awesome. Shud try alll.we went on rakshbandhan. They gave us rakhi n complementary ice cream.really moved by thr gesture.must visit this place once.

Cream stone flavours are always good and yummy! The staff are humble but may expect a waiting period of 15-30 minutes.

P. S: Parking is limited

The billing lady and other staff were ignorant and inattentive. We have ordered 2 Nutty death by chocolates and one choc overload. They have given plain death by chocolate instead. Later, when I ordered for a parcel Nutty death by chocolate (told 3 times to the billing lady and once to other staff packing/, again inattentive, she made a bill only for what we ate. Later when I told that I would give bad rating they hastened and were attentive.

I tried their icecream twice and taste was good. They make a fusion by combining icecream with dry fruits and some other stuffs. Blending is good. In terms of price, it's bit costly so I will say that it's more of a experience than need.

Worst service and they are not able to manager the crowd properly. Move over, they announce fake offers and please don't believe them. Yesterday on behalf of independence day they announced icecream @ Rs. 77 and when we went there they said its not available and they don't have any details on it.

Worst service, no proper mixing, ice cream is juice try service, night time is worst service

Horrible experience. Firstly there is no pleasant environment after you enter inside. Everyone is very serious and answer as if they are giving icecream for free. Today i asked for a scoop and she said nothing is available. Reckless answer. I asked for some choclate scoop and she started serving melted one. When asked she just droped it and gave one more horrible wink. When asked for some mini icecream she made a horrible icecream not at all a match to cream stone. Roadside icecream scoop will be far better than this. After eating it we left the ice cream and came out. No more walking into this store again. Please do remember that we are paying for what we order. Atleast there should be a small smile or greet when a customer walks into your store. If some flavor is not available please do specify gently and can give some suggestion which might be good. Anyways bad experience.

If these guys gets any stock for thier outlet, no one stays at the counter and says the customer it takes time! I almost waited for 25 mins in the store today for the order! This is ridiculous!

Asusual nuts overload is my all time favourite and tried nutty nuts milk shake which is a revelation

Would have given zero stars of possible. Waited for 15 mins and when we went to the counter they said we can't take your order. We have to unload the stock. We won't be serving for the next half hour. They were very adamant even though we requested them to take our order. So we were leaving and then I see the lady at the counter (Akshita) taking the order of the person who was standing behind us. How come they are ok to serve them but not us? Rules are bent and broken according to their wishes. Extremely disappointed at their nasty service. The name of the girl who refused to serve us is Akshita.

I have been scammed three times by this store by placing online orders.
And they don't even respond to your calls not even zonal manager.
This is totally unacceptable.

Worest branch service is not at all good.lack of management.we look into the brand and come to have a gud experience but tha saff is lacking.charges are very high but service is zero and low.

Not a friendly customer experience. This franchise only surviving bcz of no competition in that unique segment. Even they had wide variety of icecream concepts. There would be no one to explain the concepts. The simple catalog will not help customers to understand and order rather they just go by what showing in menu. This is the place for customers who can spend lavishly without knowing the tastes of each flavor. Quality goodness making them stand tall in market.
