Cream Stone is good but service here? Pathetic. Be wary of the cashier not following the sequence and the deliveries being given out randomly. If u have a large order then be ready to wait for an unreasonable amount of time while small orders go by. And watch out for the person operating on the stone, with a bad cold!

Tried red velvet, dry fruit delight and chocoholics. Tasted delightful. This place never disappoints!

Worst experience
I had visited nexus mall creamstone outlet in food court on 22-01-2023 around 320PM. One of the worst experience I ever had. The staff who are working are rude. When I enquired about who is the owner/manager, Mr Nazmuddin had appeared who is also rude towards customers. Better to avoid these stores which are more oriented towards money than customer service/ happiness.

Staff is not friendly and there behavior is as of they are giving it for free. Management has to look in to it.

I’m giving 1 star because staff work, yesterday i Oder choco lava in store, before Oder I’m informed to store manager to I don’t won’t icecream shorted not melt, but thear give me melt one ready I’m not happy

Service here is pathetic and the people working are very rude as if he is paying for my food.

Buyers Be-Aware of this location of Cream Stone at Forum Mall Kukkatpally in Hyderabad. I just bought one ice-cream here and the manage charged me 10 times the price of the ice cream on my credit card. When I offered to pay in cash the manager mentioned they were cashless and I had to use my credit card. I realized that they charged me 10 times the price after I checked my credit card account online. The next day when I went back to question the discrepancy in the amount charged the manager apologized. But when I asked for the refund he mentioned something like if I had come the same day he could have entertained my refund request. On me pressing him further he offers a store credit. What do I do with a store credit I am a visitor to Hyderabad. When I pushed him further he talks about consulting with his manager but offers no help. Then I had to push the manager of the store further and asked that I speak to his boss at that point he worked out a way to get cash refund with "Via South" the agency that was responsible for credit card charges. To me it seemed like a deliberate plan to over charge on credit card swipes and hope the customer does not notice it. Please be aware of this location and look at your credit card receipt carefully before you leave.

I love cream stone beacause of its taste, quality and authenticity and this cream stone is no different. Take away is also available.

Very very burden on pockets. Quite expensive. Taste is not up to the mark & not truly yummy. Better avoid. They offer wide range of concept ice creams. Located at Giant Food Court in 3rd Floor of forum mall, offers huge common seating space. It's delight to spend time at this common seating space but hard to find taste in cream stone concept.

Willi Wonka is a must try for chocolate droolers. But the quantity given for the price is low. The cup is basically half empty and is being covered by waffle bowl.
