Excellent biriyani. The chicken in the biriyani was cooked so well! Almost soft as a fish. Drumstick and we enjoyed it.

Very nice place with beautiful Ambience. Must try fish tikka there without the coating one.
Crispy corn was also very good to taste.
And absolutely worth for money.
Service was really Good.
Wish to go their again.

Visited numerous times and enjoyed alot with the food, fruitful atmosphere and nice recieving by the crue. Being a vegetarian, enjoyed the veg items alot.

Place is decent and the service is not late. Apart from that people around me were complaining about the starters and food items over there. Quality issues.

The food is incredible, the ambiance is pretty decent and the prices are reasonable. But my experience on the last visit was absolutely horrible as the service was terrible. The waiting staff lied that UPI (gpay/Paytm) payments were not accepted, despite using it just the day before. They probably did that to get cash in n hand instead of electronic payment. I had to walk all the way to the atm but eventually they accepted gpay which proves that they were lying.

They even charge for the onion pieces that other restaurants serve for free with biryani or roti.

Worst service and worst food. Demands extra charges for using extra tissues too.
And separate price for onion n cucumber slices. Food seems not fresh. DONT choose this restaurant.

They have different terms for Green peas fry and roasted ones. We expected Green peas (crunchier ones), but they served the boiled ones with spices mixed. The cutlery sometimes not clean, sometimes there is a foul smell of Non - veg from the cutlery.

Food was too cold. Inspite of reminding the waiter to serve the dishes hot. He just did his job of serving it cold. Ice was not available for the hot drinks. Even at 7 pm. They successfully ruined my evening. I've seen this bar since it was opened in 1969. Started going to it since 1982. It used to be a reasonably good one when it was in the Sudarshan complex. This was my 3rd visit after shifting to this new place. I've taken an oath never to visit this bar. I know the management will just brush my views under the carpet. God save the Crystal bar of yore.

Food was good and ambience was decent. But the bearers demand tips, not one but who all have served they all have demanded the tips, we have paid almost 10% of the bill amount as tips, we were 3 people and our bill was approximately 4000

One of the best restaurants near RTC x road, food is very good taste, the servicing & maintenance of the restaurant is good.

Waste of food and spending more bill.instead of this we can get best food that would feed our hunger by spending 100-/rs (or) saving the hungers of children who are dying for the hunger

A very cosy and comfortable lounge on 2nd floor, service is good, food is fantastic, vallet parking is available, one of the best place to hang out with friends in the Evening, weekends are crowded. Get a place near TV on a big match day and you are sorted for next few hours. Staff is friendly, there will music in the background with appropriate volume. Am sure you won't be disappointed. Do check this place out. Cheers!

I use to visit the restaurant frequently few years back after 5years I visited this restaurant it's not the old.the tast is totally different it's worst. I am very upset.kindly plz go back to the recipes.

Ambiance is good and taste of the food is really good we had couple of drinks and lunch.it's not so expensive but slightly on higher side.

The food is OK and the waiters service is good but the waiters come to table around 50 times till we go

Food is delicious and of course costly as well but just because of rude behaviour of receptionist in take away section. I am giving two twin rating.which means this place won't suit for take aways.

Items taste is good. Bit costly when compared to other restaurants but withe facilities provided it's okay. Customer service and hospitality is worst.

Food is good. Though it is a family restaurant, they serve alcohol on the table (maybe next to you). Which you must adjust (if you are non-alcoholic like me) be aware of some dishes before ordering because for some items, they have their own names like Gobi Manchurian (comes with gravy) and veg Manchurian balls (typical Gobi we get outside)

Nice ambience and facilities, but poor food, very substandard taste. Not all beverages are available.

I used to love this place at its previous location.the new relocated one is a poor excuse for a fine dining experience. The AC doesn't work.food is average and service is forgettable. Overall a below avg experience

They moved to new building, just next to sandhya theatre. As always food taste is too good. Good ambiance.

I ordered a chicken Biryani from swiggy this idiots sent me white rice, it had no flavour at all. When I called these idiots they ask me to come to their place and get it replaced.

Excellent ambience. Great spread of food and drinks. Staff is so friendly food is tasty. The only issue is lift is very small it can havd 2 persons at a time.

Happy hours are supposed to be low business time. On such occasions, AC are turned OFF? Only a pedestal fan is put. Service is very average & food poor standard. Was very disappointed last time

Food is okay but crowdy at sometimes due to which the server team will be in a hurry to serve us fast and finish off quickly.

Crystal has lost it's quality in terms of food and service.
I have ordered panneer 65 and chicken Biryani in which panneer 65 was good but in Chicken Biryani there were only chicken pieces and mere white rice and they served the same.
Upon asking about this, they said that they l replace the order, took away the biryani bowl and mixed some masala rice in the same bowl and served it in the same plates in which white rice (biryani) was served.which tasted bad.
They lack the common sense of replacing plates when we replace the order.
