The centre is really good, initially there were parking problems but now they are giving space for parking but only for two wheelers. The sessions, trainers and Equipments are good but if you are on a fitness journey then you have to maintain punctuality and consistency. People should understand that why the management don’t allow if you are 5 minutes late because for every session they do warmup for first 5 minutes which is very important to avoid injuries during the session. I specially enjoy dance fitness and s&c sessions.

1. No parking, beware of parking in the basement, someone has poured water in my petrol tank (the lock was easy to open it)
2. For nightshift people, there is no 11 am or 3 pm slots, many complaints raised but getting standing response, looks like the CSR is just using standard verbiage

Enrolled for Hatha Yoga practice with instructor Sainath. Great experience. Highly recommended.
