I wish there was a way to give negative rating as this branch and the branch manager doesn't even deserve a single star.its all a way to sell the memberships with incorrect information, post which neither the manager responds to calls or msgs nor does the cult fit back end team. Also the trainers are not the same they ensure you join the class while demoed by a good facilitator and then end up having some untrained professional teach you or take classes here.the membership cancelation is due from them and they are neither processing my refund which was promised to me before taking membership as well and now are threatening me to share personal documents which are irrelevant to the team if not they will not refund any money.just so you are aware while registering the team or the branch was least nothered to even check ID proofs and now they need the personal documents like VISA, tickets etc, to cancel the membership and make refund.and this was not something the manager named Sushmita Banerjee agreed with us while enquiring and taking the membership.also the membership I purchased was for 1 year and you can imagine the total amount blocked with them.again this is for 2 individuals annual memberships.
NOT LIVING BY THE BRAND IMAGE. HAVE BEEN BEHIND THEM WRITING EMAILS, CALLS MSGS SERVICE REQUESTS FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW.
Cult is just not a fitness centre, it is indeed a place that helps you achieve your fitness goals if you aren’t a gym person! And in this journey, the Cult. Trimulgerry branch is exceptionally good at making it more easier. The trainers always correct forms and postures to make sure you’re doing it right. They make sure the energy of the class in always high! They push you to do your best in every class. And they also always answer queries and pay special attention to medical conditions if any! (Mr. Chandrashekhar and Mr. Steven Allen and Mr. Gokul are just not trainers, they’re role models of what consistency looks like) From attendance to water, The Centre managers always make sure everything at the centre is taken care of. And the floor is cleaned after every session making it easier for us to do planks comfortably: D So, no matter you want to do HRX or SnC or dance or boxing, Cult Thrimulgerry is your place:)
Worst experience I e ever had. They don’t even bother to check if the lift is working, because of the lift I reached the second floor from parking at 9.06 (class schedule was 9.05). And I even marked attendance and yet got kicked out from the class. Waste of my time!
Best fitness centre that I’ve visited, Trainer keeps the environment energetic, learned a lot of dance steps from Steven Allen in dance fitness, Chandrasekhar sir has been helpful throughout the HRX Workout Session and Sushmita guided me well with the cult membership benefits and the classes that I should opt to maintain my fitness.
This is in addition to what Priyanka has experienced, people are non responsive on the below link provided by the owner as well doesn't help in any way.it's just a lot. I joined for Yoga but the instructor was changed due to unavailability of instructors at other location where as we were demoed with the professional instructor and ended up with some not so great instructor.the team doesn't help in anyway.and they are asking for personal documents which are no where linked to them.this branch of cult fit is a big spoiler to the brand image of CULT FIt.
After the first lockdown I felt like joining new boxing classes near me. This is how I initially came across Cult fit but it has been almost a year now and really enjoy boxing now.
