Dangal Gym

Dangal gym is one of the best gym's I've been to at an affordable price. Well equipped, friendly staff and very professional owner. Trainers are very friendly and will help you out if you're a newbie. If you're looking to get in shape, this GYM has it all. Highly recommended.

Worst management, Trainer " Gafur Khan" specially waste fellow just says take personal, not maintaining equments and what to say about facilities where as there is no facilities

The trainer in the gym is very unprofessional, makes girls extremely uncomfortable by the way he looks and asks for going out for lunch like how can a trainer ask his customer to go out for lunch with him how unprofessional and unethical, because of the trainer i left the gym also some of the equipments in the gym isn't working properly.

Weights every where am unable walk and lift weights
No hygiene

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I am making my third trip back to Cabarete to train at Rogue for two months because I know staff get it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, gym has what you're looking for.

It's a good gym, staff is polite. Awesome trainers especially Mr. Sarhan Ameen, he is excellent at his job. On the whole a great place to workout!

Worst gym I experienced.there is no proper trainer.if we ask them, they see us with temper.instead of this, solitaire gym is better.im not ad it but just conveying to you not to take this gym

Had not good experience working out, in satisfied with management. AC's don't work, thread mills don't function properly

Only some of the machines are good and rest of the machines are not working, trainer is always behind women's and never pay attention to males even if you ask him for any routine and never help to the new comers and don't bother if they're doing anything in a wrong way. Every other gym is carry forwarding lockdown days but this DANGAL gym is not compensating that too. Most of the treadmills are also not working. I am not angry at all and giving a honest review about this Gym, now they're collaborating with Cult.fit and prices will going even higher as they said. Look for any other gym and don't waste your money. Cheers!

Strongly recommend this place to everyone for slimming or body building, my experience with vibes is awesome.

A very good fitness center with morden exercise machine and excellent trainer guidance, if you want to develop a good shape in your body and strong stamina so grow up and join this fitness center!

Only the place is good no proper trainers gym management is not at all concern about the facilities low grade people with no etiquette the so trainer Naushad is bad mouth guy he does not know how to talk how to behave wake up management fire him at earliest or face losses this gym will not survive if u have Naushad there he is cheapster does the management is still some pressure to still have him there.wake up guys save your investment bring some discipline Fire him it would be a favour to humanity.

Nice gym with fully loaded equipment and well experienced trainers, in mor session trainer Osman was too gud with lots of experience, and I donno why ppl hate naushad sir as I know him he is very well talented and helpful person always ready to guide u, but for some indescipline guys he is very strict, that's how the management works to keep Der place safe for gud ppl. Better for those who raise complain about the management shud join any local gym that's wud be gud for them.but from my side I love dis place.dangal dangal

Dangal is the gym where you can find n number of equipments with good infrastructure, and a professional lady instractor who is very polite in nature, guide every single client with their comfort and range.

I have join dangal since 1yr i have been experiencing very good and comfort zone specially for ladies, i just love that trainer name jyothi, she is a very good instractor i can say, coming gym nd working it out is a fun in dangal

Dangal the real gym.awesome atmosphere to workout. I have started workout after 5 years and I m very much happy to c the changes in my body.thnks to Mr Naushad for his assistance well guided. Apart of that the gym is very clean and we'll maintained all the facilities are excellent.from my side I will wish dem a great success for there new opening gym at masab tank. Honest review: One of the best gym you can get with one of the worst management you can have. I have no complains about the gym, Gym is quite good but the atmosphere and the management ugh so cheap even than a local gym, Specially NOUSHAD I mean that guy has become a curse to that place every second person is complaining About that person I don't no what he think he is even don't know how to treat their customers, seems always having problem with someone.

You can literally feel very negative vibes in the gym.

My mindset is fully disturbed because of that stupid gym, tbh I'm eagerly waiting when my membership come to end, So I can move to a Better place.

If You want me to Suggest: I suggest you to take Admission in Solitaire fitness with same price but with far better environment and professionalism.
