Only few of the dishes were good and rest of the dishes were not so good and felt very bad about their service during starters.

It's best place to have events and also business meetings. Wonderful lobby with space enough to meet and greet. Or have a meeting. Lovely, cafe + Food.

Nice place to have gatherings. Buffet Lunch is good for Non Veg eaters. Function halls for a capacity of 200 guests are available. Tasty food and good service.

The buffet lunch was not so good.

The spread was not well organized and attended to!

In April 2023, we went to the Hotel Daspall to attend a dinner event. Even though maps was somewhat helpful, we still had to make a number of turns while staying in the same area. Saving 20 minutes would have been possible with hotel sign boards. Impressive surroundings are present. Good food is offered.

Most un professional hotel I have ever stayed. They run a dandha rather than a hotel. Room entry Cards will not work.we need to beg for food and service. Extra beds are too worst and stale. Morning breakfast is good. They have given me room beside smoking zone, though they have seen us with family. I suggest to stay away until and unless you don't have any other option. Worst hotel and worst experience ever. Stay away.

Had a buffet for dinner. They got good number of options to select choice of food. Desserts were the best. Only drawback was the ambience of the coffee times where we sat. It was in Ground floor. Where as the ambience in Circles (2nd floor) is fab. Overall enjoyed.

House keeping was non responsive room service was good cofee was excellent not recommendable for events

A nice place with nice platter, exceptional service and a budget frndly place.
You should try out its buffet, they offer a variety of items along with some juices as well (not provided even in barbecue nation).
I loved the place and have been a reqular visitor.

Foood is good. Very poor service, the staff response also not quick. House keeping section is very lethargic. Coffee is too good. I only recommend for restaurant, stay is big no.

The great reviews prompted to get there to taste the Thalli we called the restaurant at 14: 20 to find till what time is Thalli served they informed till 15: 30 and when we reached at 14: 45 and placed order for Thalli and requested to have reconfirmed if it's hot the service assured it was piping hot and when we got served it was ice cold everything including the Roti anyhow on bringing to his notice he removed everything and got us plates to serve Thalli and what he served was beyond anyone's imagination they've served all leftover from other plates this we understood when we asked to repeat the Daal and on 3 times it was different and worst was the way they're handling the cold stale foods and then the Thalli never had any rice sambar curds uf you're planning to disturb your tastebuds do go to Daspalla as the reviews suggest but for me this was a worst food experience ever had

Attended an Engagement function. The valet service was very good! You need to relook at the juice and starters circulation. Very unprofessional. They have not reached out to all the guests. The hall and the washroom were of high standard. Lunch - spread and the food was good. You need to go back to the basics of the preparation of Dal Makhani. There is scope for improvement.

Went to Circles, their resturant on 2nd floor for dinner. Good food, nice ambiance, all protocols in place. Lovely view and polite service

Have the Thali it is great
Service is poor and better staff training needed. They would clear without asking even if you are unfinished and to serve you on weekends be prepared for long waits

Very good hotel with neet ambience and staff are well groomed, food wise it's adorable and maintaining social distancing. Rooms are well finished and all blankets and toiles are very well cleaned.

The rooftop is awesome, there is a panoramic view of the city,
Food was tasty, starting from starters to desserts.
You can definitely host a function, reception or a get together here.

This place is amazing on opening it had got all of Hyderabad’s attention.
It’s the most happening destination for weddings, small events, receptions and more.
The best place to enjoy a nice lunch, dinner or a night stay, an absolutely delightful experience.
You guys should go to Circles restaurant which caters buffet and Ala carte.
Try OTM-Over The Moon lounge bar for an amazing experience too.
Tasty food many varieties and and expensive too.
Must visit place if you are in the Jubilee Hills area.

Food/ambience/hotel everything is excellent dinner buffet on weekends is 800/- which is actually good.

We visited the banquet hall for a marriage. Everything looks good but the food was very bad and it is not at all worth. And I heard they charged 4 digit amount for 1 plate. I will recommend only for people who want to have everything except food. 2 star is also only for ambience.

Food quality is not bad. Before, maybe around two years back there were cockroaches literally roaming around on the carpets. Now when I visited, I was shocked to see the improvement they've made. It's poles apart now. Really a good job by daspalla.

Been to this place for the second time.and both the times it was for birthday party! Honestly speaking when i went for the first time i had these high expectations like this place would be really good but it turned out to be an average type! I didn't like the food here.felt like it could be improved! The starters were bland in taste except the fish.fish was the only good thing in the starters! The other startes were chicken kebab, paneer, badami kebab which i felt were not really good in taste! The main course had biryani, white rice with dal and vegetables, noodles, chicken and fish curry which weren't good at all! In the desserts i was happy to see brownie with hot chocolate but the taste was horrible! The other desserts were Okay-ish! And in the live counter they had pasta, chaat and all which were again okay-ish! Soo i feel there is room for improvement! What i liked was the staff here who were very hospitable and also there is good parking space!

A grand place at a convenient location in the city. Has a pub on the 8th Floor and rooms are clean, tidy and worth the price.

Nice place to be, you are really not able to find this place from main road. Rooms are decent and food is also good. You can always go back to them for a nice meal and stay.

Reasonably good buffet at 500 rupees per head. Chicken starters were disaster but rest everything was fine. You would be disappointed, if you compare it with BBQ. Definitely wide range of varieties like in BBQ are not available. Whatever served was good.

I visited with my family, It was so nice. Good place for parking, ambiance is too good. Price is affordable. Taste is nice too. As we were little for buffet we could not get all items.

The worst management I have ever seen. It doesn't take good care of the in house guest and damn care about it's employees. I have seen their staff working continously for three days with red eyes. Employees are human too so management is must.

Great place to go for food. Loved the ambience and spread for breakfast. The coffee desreves a special mention. Breakfast is a must try.

Extremely helpful staff, great Indian breakfast buffet (especially good on the days with watermelon juice), one of the best chais in Hyderabad.

Went for Dinner Buffet with some friends. Good was good only but the staff was not enough trained. We paid using coupons which the staff could not copy from mobile screen (copied the codes wrongly). Finally I wrote the code for them. But again, food was good.

Came here for a breakfast buffet, was pleasantly surprised with the variety of dishes that were at offer. Looking forward to have lunch/dinner buffet.

Food is good but lesser options to choose.also should be bit entertainment atleast my putting on some TV etc.no proper ac or ambience for midnight. A boredom feeling overall

It's a great hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is good. The Circles restaurant can improve their desserts a bit.

Visited this place for the first time and i got the chance to meet the superstars of tollywood aka Kirthi Suresh and Vishal. Apart form that the ambience was so good with amazing services by waiters and managers. Food was also delicious and available in varities.

This is located in Madhapur area. Very well maintained. This place has been improved a lot in all areas compared to initial years of its establishment. Ambience is very good. Buffet had very good options for both Vegetarians & Non-Vegetarians. Good dessert choices are also available now.
