Delayed billing process wasting customer time. No employee is here to explain about most of the products

"One stop shop for all your sports" Was my first review when they have launched this store. Now, Get in there with your phone and decathlon app in it if paying by card. If cash, no need of app login. Weird policy. Who's benefiting out of this login and task to customer. Next time ask customers to do tasks of Bigboss to buy something there? The reason given by billing team is 1. It's for invoice online stored in app for returns and issues of warranty. 2.policy of decathlon, helpful for recall of products. So ppl buying with cash are not important for recalls?

Expectations, I visit store, choose what I like, pay by card and take bill. Mention on bill, save the bill for the warranty and returns.
Other branded Stores are asking for mobile number along with name as customer details during billing why can't you just follow it.

How safe is your app?

All products are good there and there are sports leader also there who will be always there to guide you through anything

I love this place. I visit this store every time I come to Hyderabad. Complete range of sports wears and sports kits and accessories. You will never get disappointed here. This place has every thing according to the needs of every age group. Special attractions for the kids.

Good collection, and store is with enough parking, no traffic problems, store is very big, COVID-19 protocols followed, self check out, on store pickup, cash only on counters, in the store! Almost all sizes and sports item available, you can see in store and place an online order for home delivery too.

Visted to see the product's and spoke to vennela in the store she is very helpful, products are very good.

I went to buy chess boards and to my surprise nothing related to chess is available.

Awesome store for all kind of sports and fitness products.very neatly maintained. The quality and durability of the product is just wow. U won't get regret after purchasing the products from decathlon. And the good thing is no need to stand in a queue for billing just scan the product from mobile and pay which is really helpful for zero contact.

Ample of space for sparking, a very big store, friendly staff. Went there for a trivial thing, found that those goods are stolen.

Only advice to management keep your stock safe, because people like me look online to see if the goods are available and then visit.

Today I visited decathlon in uppal. I have waited for at least 10 mins in the queue for billing. They were using only two tills even there are more people in the queue, when I patiently waited and after billing I just want to tell them that I am not satisfied but shockingly they just rated themselves as most satisfied. How will you rate yourself on behalf of customers? They said it done by itself. I was shocked with their reply. What's the point of customer ratings if they are giving rating themselves. I hope management will take necessary action. Thanks.

They have the best collection for sports equipment. Specially designed for that particular sport. So a must visit place if you like playing any sport. The best thing is the price is very reasonable.

U get all goods needed for mountain biking, climbing.you get cycles and all the sports good needed there are few more branches decathlon near by in the city

A one-stop-shop for all sports and games. Can it get any better? Yes, please extend services like stringing badminton/tennis rackets, see if it is possible to sell brands like Yonex, Li Ning etc. Otherwise, quality of goods bought here is very good.
