Having neglected my dental health for a long time, when I visited Dental Dontics I was facing a lot of dental problems. Added to that I had other health issues that made it almost impossible to sit for long sessions. I was afraid that I would need to get multiple teeth extracted. However, Dr Ashank Mishra not only managed to save most of my teeth.
He explained all my options in detail, and even scheduled multiple sessions for treatments that would normally be covered in a a single session, just to accommodate my health needs. The best part - - almost painfree root canal. Yes, I know most people claim that the root canal treatment is the most painful dental procedure, but I felt almost no pain. The other excellent part is the crowns I was given for the teeth - they blend so well that even I can't make out which are the new ones and which are the original teeth.
A word about the staff - they are extremely polite and caring. Like Dr Mishra, they are invested in the patient and you can feel the ambience of personal care throughout all your interactions with the team.
Dr Mishra makes it a point to schedule only one patient at a time so that you get the full attention of the team.

Good to know that Dr. Ashank is the only person officially trained to treat this procedure in India. I got tooth extraction done and cap put on. I had this recurring issue where my cap got dislodged very frequently. Dr. Ashank understood it and was able to find a permanent solution to it. It’s been almost an year now and the cap is in place.

Usually when you hear the words Dental Appointment the first emotion is to be afraid. However, in case of Dental Dontics and Dr Ashank the first emotion is that of trust and confidence.
My mother (70+) needed to get some dental work done and this is when we were strongly advised by our neighbours to consult only Dr. Ashank Mishra at Dental Dontics.
The first thing that strikes you about the clinic and the service is the immense personal care that Dr. Ashank puts in. Even before giving the appointment he advised me that I should seek someone closer to our place of stay so there's no hassle with repeat visits. This advice itself predisposed me in his favor. He was greatly concerned about the advanced age of my parents and did not want to inconvenience them in any way.
As you enter the clinic you are greeted with a very neat, clean and hygienically maintained ambience. The appointments are given and managed in a very professional manner and there is absolutely zero waiting time. Both the Doctors and the support staff are extremely courteous and take very good care of the patients. On all the visits the support staff make sure to accompany my parents to the car and help them navigate the stairs - mega bonus points for the consideration.
Coming to the treatment itself. Dr. Ashank took great pains to explain the complete treatment procedure, options available and the pros and cons for each option in great detail so that my mother knew from day one what she were going in for. Over the course of next several visits, I didn't see any signs of distress or being upset or that of any pain in my mother. Both the in clinic procedures and the follow-up treatment were managed in such a way that the patient suffers the least amount of discomfort or pain.
What is really remarkable about Dr Ashank Mishra is that he's really personally invested in all his patients. After every visit he personally calls to enquire about the overall health of the patient, talks to them about not just their dental health but complete well being. If the patient needs more time or is facing any personal or other health problems he's amenable to changing the appointment timings to ensure that the patients are in a calm frame of mind when visiting him.
After all this to say that we are extremely happy with the treatment would be an understatement. Suffice it to say that my father who has been visiting his dentist for last 20 years has decided to change his doctor now. And I have been contemplating fixing an appointment for myself for preventative dental care.

I had complex condition of my left upper molar tooth. It was capped long back and adjacent tooth got decayed and was paining.
Dr Ashank Mishra and his team treated the decayed tooth first by performing a root canal which was completely painless and in one sitting. Post the treatment I did not feel pian at all.
After a gap of two days they have shaped the two tooths properly and taken measurements and then in next 3 days my capping was perfectly done!
All this happened in total 6 days time which i think is quite fast and really efficient way of planning and execution.
