I recently purchased a low-level laser cap from DHI, expecting a solution to my concerns, but was met with a series of disappointments that I feel compelled to share. Upon visiting the clinic to collect the device, I specifically requested to see the product in action to ensure its functionality. Despite my clear request, I was informed that the device needed to be charged first. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I waited, only to find that even another device they attempted to show me wouldn’t work due to a drained battery.
What added to my frustration was the fact that, after making a significant investment of over 50k, the device I took home failed to charge with various USB-C chargers, showing no signs of life or functionality. To my dismay, I discovered that the cap didn't even include a charging cable—a detail omitted until the very end, with the casual advice to use "any phone charger. "
The service fell remarkably short of my expectations, especially considering the inconvenience of traveling from afar specifically for this purchase. The oversight of not checking the device's functionality before handing it over to a customer, particularly at such a high price point, is unacceptable.
I am now in a position where I have to arrange for its return through a family member due to my travel commitments, seeking a refund for a product that was not only defective but was also accompanied by inadequate customer service.
This experience has been not only an inconvenience but a significant disappointment. I had high hopes for the product and the brand, but the lack of attention to product functionality, customer service, and the overall customer experience has been disheartening. I hope this feedback serves as a call to action for DHI to improve their service and product quality assurance processes, ensuring that no other customer has to endure such a frustrating experience.
Great place for hair restoration. Everyone here is a kind person who can take of you and respond to any queries you have quickly and efficiently. Loved Dr. Zubair and his office staff way of treating the patients and very grateful for all the service they provided me. I highly recommend this place if you are looking solutions for any hair problems and hair restoration procedures.
Hi, i have recently had a hair transplantation surgery at DHI clinic Hyderabad. To begin with, the whole hospital staff treats you like a family member, and anyone has to feel like home vibes in the clinic. The reason i have chosen this clinic is because one of the staff called Swarupa. She is a bona fide person in the DHI clinic. The way she has explained the treatment process during the counseling session was absolutely amazing, and that takes away all of my fears about HT. Not that i think anyone will spend explaining 5 hours of the treatment process for just charging 500 rupees. And also, she has explained to my brother after talking to me about the whole treatment process. We have mesmerised with the high patience she holds while explaining to us. Later, i have decided to admit in the DHI clinic. To be honest, she has never ignored my calls and messages even after i paid half of the treatment payment to the clinic. She is a generous person towards patients that she answered my call during her holidays and sorted my issue. DHI clinic has a heaps of staff and they are good, but Swarupa is the best they got as an employee in the clinic. I would say Swarupa is a boon to the DHI that i am gonna refer my friends in the coming six months who are facing the hair fall problems like me. That would be great if DHI promotes her to a different role which helps to their business as it’s hard to find such a person like her in this competitive world. Also, DHI uses a unique method called DHI technique that leaves no scars on your scalp, and maintains super hygiene service. To extent my experience, i would also give a compliment to my doctor Zubair who has done my transplantation. He’s a amicable man, did make me comfortable while treating, and took a great care. He has a lots of experience, and a very good listener to the patient problems that could be resolved if patients followed to his ideas. He has given me many precautions for the post treatment process, and answered all of the silly questions with utmost patience. Overall, treatment is bit expensive, but it’s worth getting from the genuine place. I am not concluding my review as i am gonna comeback to conclude my review with the photos of mine after six months.

Till date i knew the best techinique fr transplantation is FUE bt consulting DHI team Dr. Sakthi explained about their unique technique i.e, DHI after that i thoroughly went into this and i completely satisfied regarding this procedure and surprisingly technique itself is the clinic name. And i got warm reception from the beginning to the end in the clinic and the level of hygiene in the clinic is extrordirary. I consulted with DHI for hair transplant but since my donor hairs were very thin Doctor Shakthi frankly provided feedback that the transplant would not be possible, she gave me options of scalp micro pigmentation and customised hair patch but I choose SMP which was done by an expert and I feel good now. Need to wait for some time to see the results. DR. Shakthi you are Awesome

Dhi- Sakthi is a gem in her profession consulting thru proper guidance on transplant.
All they do is suggest GFC, i visited for scalp issues, they didn’t address anything, gave me very pricey vitamin tablets and a serum that doesn’t work.
