Poor service from suncity branch bandlaguda jagir.
You were not able to process CBP report even after 13 hrs.
Sample was given at 7: 15 am 7Aug 2023.
Till 7.30pm I dint get report.
Poor service.

As always, I had an excellent experience. Especially the attitude and behaviour of your staffs has been praiseworthy.

Good response to customers.
Reasonable prices.
Timings are 7AM to 9PM.
Parking place is fine.

Report generation is on time. Center has to increase the staffing based on foot fall long waiting for billing and sample Collection.

Worst Experience. They are not calling according to the file order, they are calling those they like. Need to wait for longer to get your tests done.

I would not suggest going to this diagnostic center.

Sridher has done an excellent job in collecting the blood. In short well behaved and work done with less pain.

Very good response and care. Malleshwari Doctor has assisted in having tests done with good care.

Best practices of blood sample collection. Been the client for this centre since years. Jyothi a phlebotomist is highly skilled over the sample collection and advises the the right time to visit during the window period and I would highly appreciate...

No hastle, the equipment used was also of good standard. Staff were respectful. Results were accurate.

Technicians and physicians are very polite and good. But coming to front office or reception they are the worst, they will be on personal calls always and will not respond to query which patients have.

Visited this branch for whole body checkup, all the medicals completed smoothly, hygienic center, Chandu took good care, definitely will recommend this centre

Urine culture test can be done at any time my doctor says. But your persons insists to come again with your first urine.
