When I entered the divya distribution I've seen some quotations like customer is important, service to customers is service to God and they also provide a number for customer support but they're all fake, everything will be okay till they are benefitted by you, but once if you really need some customer support, then you'll see their true colours, they'll not provide basic customer support, they'll speak to you in a harsh way, they'll manipulate you, you'll loose your dignity, forget about customer support they'll not even treat you like a human being.

One of the worst pharma distributor and staff they dnt know how to behave with there customers.

Super arrogant. No sense of how to talk to customers who call. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Very poor response to complaints. Also they have a team of salesman which are same (do not respond). I have lost customers due to such irresponsible behaviour. I sincerely request the management that you keep a eye on the issues raised by customers and resolve. This is also resulting in a loos of business for you as well.
