Yesterday visited with kids for groceries taken and kept aside after half an hr trolley missing shopping done for 1 hr went to the manager and complained he just gave an escort to shop again this is not fair if the trolleys should not be kept aside with shopping material means they have to announce to take them with us this is toooooo much unfair

I am a very frequent visitor of KPHB DMART, good place, there is parking issues sometimes but overall good. Best time to go is between 10 am to 4 PM,

Decent supermart to grab some household groceries, utilities and stationaries at heavy discounts. Avoid going during the rush hours, especially on weekends. Prefer visiting in the morning hours.

Some of the staff are rude including their manager. Bit clumsy. Too much stuffed into a small area. Card swipe machines have a very small cable and not secure enough to type your pin. Complained repeatedly but in vain.

DMart as everyone know is a value format. But, what all pains we want to take for some perceived value - Bad parking facilities - Less space, single entry exit, no parking assistance; congested road; very badly maintained elevators; elavators won't reach parking level: the list is endless.

Rather order it online than try to make your visit a very bad one.

It is near the forum Mall, KPHB colony. It has 3 floors and all types home items are available here.
Can buy Daily beverages and food items from here.

Pros: It’s a good place to buy groceries, essential items, etc,
Cons: No one will attend the landline no.provided in Internet, Parking facility for four wheelers is not good, Staff should be trained well to deal with customers, only very few are willing to help customers, rest all are not ready help customers, they like to finish their job time and leave the premises asap. Need better facility for the people those who want to load the things in cab, auto, etc,

All known about this super market place to carry all the things in one place. But D mart is very smart to maintain its business smart

The employee was not allowing me in he was tell that there should be only one member from one family.if we want to buy dress for girl.how we can choose.worst behaviour.

Good quality groceries at their best price. Only downside is that it's crowded. Better to visit the store during off peak hours

Can be found easily as it is on main road but very difficult to find a place for parking due to traffic around that area.

Budget shop for middle class people. Great savings on monthly groceries compared to other retail chains.

One caveat is that their staff is not well trained for customer service.very arrogant towards customers.may be management doesn't care about that since they don't fear of losing customers because of the discounts they offer.

Wear hear phones before you do shopping here, bloddy non stop announcement in store.cont even consuntrate on shopping.
At they should play slow music and some time announcement is okay.and store not at all clean.

Beware before buying some products available at better price at outside market, good for groceries and clothing is average, steel items will be at average cost, compare before buying anything at dmart

Budget store. Staff is cooperative. The way for in and out for all vehicles (four and two wheelers) is single lane and very narrow. Shopping is available in 3 floors. Most of the sales crew is non-Telugu people. Prices are very reasonable. Try to avoid items like rice, red mirchi, etc. Quality wise and price wise they are substandard. Overall, it is a good shopping experience. All the best for your businesses.

I recommended this place to everyone who wants to shop there. Coz there's a reason, let me tell you why? Dmart is the only retail store which offers a wide verity of grocery and all general items from home appliance to food needs. They provide with resonable price with 10% off on compared to all the whole sale stores and retail stores and also compared to kirana shops. This Dmart in KPHB is Bigger than compared to all other dmart which us located in all the cities in hyderabad. It is hygiene and clean and with good maintained staff. Worst maintenance in rush hours, no respect towards the customers, not maintaining extra stuff and extra counters in pick hours for bag tagings and sometimes Billings.quality also not good compare to previous.

The best supermarket ever. Our family is always in love with this supermarket. You will get everything from clothes, shoes, home utensils, interior decors, washing items, dishes to perfumes, stationary, cooking items.literally everything for the lowest price possible. The quality is also so good for the price they provide. Everything will be available in the cheapest price possible than the other supermarkets. You can save a lot of money at DMart and I think DMart is the best of all supermarkets. Go and check it out for atleast once, you will just fal in love with this!

Good to buy House holds, seems in recent times prices are increased in here too. Too much rush on Saturday and sundays

Labeling the Aisles could have been an easy shopping experience!

There is no proper way of arrengements outside of the mall.please make sure to take some mandatory precautions around the mall

Best for monthly shopping. Always find some offer a d products more reasonable than other shops or department store.

This store need to improve on lift. As most of time it is occupied by their own team

Service is not good no there is no response to customer. Being customer in the que for billing the counter people are telling that system is not working server problem. There should be improvements in the customer response.

Middle class men supermarket everything you get at reasonable prices
But you will buy more than you require for sure.
If you are looking for 500rs save on groceries you will end up buying more than 750 Rs of your budget especially you are a credit card user

Reasonable price, no parking, heavy rush at billing counter, lift is not easy available.particularly over the weekend.
