DMart Secunderabad

Very bad service. They make customers work at the store, post billing customers have to pack their own groceries. No assitants available. Lot of waiting time at cash counters.the floor supervisor (Alveni) is not helpful with the situation. Very frustrating.

I don't know why these people always behave like they don't care

I thought about buying a glass bottle
I took it to the counter

While doing scan, cashier said go and bring another one because there is scanner to it

I was shocked

Is that my responsibility to check
Is that bottle has QR code or not?

The staff there are rude, especially the lady who gives tags after securing the bags. Not a good experience. Other than that, I couldn't find some eatables and other items in the Mart. Prices were good.

The Staff of dmart and Promoters are very helpful to Customers and Cashier's also very Friendly nature

Dmart is a big fraud in whole market, it's better we purchase groceries from small grocery shops, these dmarts looting mart won't even give carry bag inspite of spending thousands of rupees, and I doubt weighing machines unlike other supermarkets like Spencer's etc we cannot check weight of the items there will be one guy who gives wrong weight and wrong bills.please be very carefull

Provide to customers seperate weighing mission at loose grocery place for buyers easy to billing and buying How much quantity. THOSE wanted.

Good place to shop grocery with family but not on weekends because it’s very crowded on weekends.good time for shopping is on week day’s from morning 10 am to 4 pm

Dmart is Centrally located opposite to iconic St Anns School Secunderadad. This super market offers variety of products, consumer durables, grocieries, men and women clothing, inner graments, electronic items, daily essentails etc.with some great offers in daily basis. When i visited i couldnt find poultry. Not sure if they dont offer meat and poultry.

Place is little congested otherwise its a good super market.

Waiting for billing & too much public in weekends.poor staff.no extra floors like ramanthapur branch.all in one ground floor.

Reasonable prices at dmart. You almost get everything at the place. However the store maintenance is missing. Always crowded but the management doesn't do anything about it. People are haywire at the place and run around like chickens with the push carts and baskets. Service is almost nill. Management doesn't even care about the people concerns. I can understand about the reasonable prices but this is not the way to run a supermarket. No proper ventilation inside the building, no proper parking, no proper service. Hope to see a better service in future.

D Mart store is best store in Hyderabad. I am going to regurarly D Mart store, every time I recommend my friends and bye fromthis D Mart because each and everyproduct we can buy with high discount with good quality the D mart store. Hi guys, I always shop in this store for daily groceries. The store has got great deals and discounts, offers.what not, you name the offer, this store has it. Dmart got everything. All the varieties and types of stuff, this store holds. This store has got immense following in mid class people as it give wishes like heavy discounts and offers on each and every item. You wont believe the crowd that you see on the weekends at this stores. It has separate sections for clothing, groceries, steel, electronics, household stuff etc. It will take about half an hour to get parking on weekends.

The stores has been installed and running actively at several locations. I always recommend my family members to buy at this department stores so that savings can be improved at some extent. People find everything so easy at this stores all the stuff they need.

Overall the best place for customer satisfaction where savings can be bagged at large scale. No other stores offer these many discounts and offers on a specific item. There is no partiality on specific items. The discounts are sealed on each item making customers happy on each detail.

This is the best place to shop for your home needs. The prices are very reasonable and very competitive, but it looks a bit cramped for space and the range on offer could be more. Of course we cannot expect the range that the online portals like Flipkart or Amazon offer. On weekends it’s really very tough to navigate through the aisles and shop at leisure. The store has put up trends indicating the usual busy time, which is really helpful. Go on a weekday, if possible in the afternoon to shop at leisure and look at various products.
