I visited this clinic 15 days back but as I did not like their way of consultation and wrong information by customer care, I dropped my plans not to consult Batras again, I informed them clearly the same but they are calling from their customer care again and again and today I told that I am taking treatment from other Homeopathy clinic then specifically they are saying that OTHER HOMEOPATHY CLINICS MEDICINE WILL BE HAVING SIDE EFFECTS & ITS NOT GOOD and THIER MEDICINE IS ONLY QUALITY AND BEST ONES. So here usually Homeopathy itself doesn’t have any side affects but these Batras people are talking so cheaply and stooping down to low level for with these kind of worst promotions. I suggest don’t even consult them and as I have done research there are very good Homeopathy clinics in Kukatpally and other areas of Hyd with reasonable prices and 40% less pricing than Batras. It’s the same quality medicine. So please avoid Batras for their head weight talks and behaviour

I went to kukatpally branch today. There the doctor dint even do any diagnostic only she checked my weight and height and send me to doctor.doctor also just asked my previous medication and randomly gave serum nd moisturizer.she dint even tell how to use it and all.she dint ask my skin type or dint check my skin.the serum she gave dint have pipe in it.and as soon as i used i got redness nd burning sensation on my entire face.worst experience

Very very bad service. I’m totally changed my mind after a week with there amazing service done to me. I suggest don’t pay full fee initially

Useless treatment by Dr Syed and Homepathy is not effective eith Dr Batra's. Waste of money.

Here the doctors (Dr. Swati & Dr. Aruna) and technician (Meena mam) all has good understanding of the disease. Moreover, they all are very friendly.

Previously I was taking the grow hair treatment in other branch, becoz of my travel issue, i shifted my treatment to this brach. When they saw the condition of my hair, they suggested new hair treatment. Meena is the technician who gives me the treatment for new hair and then she also suggested for hydrafacial becoz there are acene on my face. I am getting the treatment from last 6 months for acne and hair. I am very much disappointed with the result and also the promises made at the time of membership. No service provided when I was out of station. I got 1 month gap to my treatment. Meanwhile I am not able to see any progress in my treatment. The medicines are very normal, its a waste of money for me to pay so much huge amount that too the cost of nothing I got.
Very much poor services from the team, Doctor is friendly but still I am paying for the results, after 6 months also no result so better I will go for allopathy medicines and get result better than this and with lesser money. Office person make false promise and they will take money just to fulfill the target as if they just have to sell.

I had a bad experience treatment with Kukatpally which I went for. While enrolling the doctor said it will be cured completely in 12 months but you have to take 1 year package. So I not accepted for 1 year package which is (around Rs. 22,000 for treatment fee and testing and medication).
Every month I use to pay 2500 they r forcing me to go for 1 year package It is completely waste of time, waste of money and hopeless treatment.
The skin issue got increased every month they use tell we will change the medication
And the staff not ready to give the bill

I will not suggest anyone to this kukatpally branch where they're more into getting the customers than giving the cure.

Unfortunately one star is the minimum rating else, I would have given zero to this clinic. Extremely commercial and exploitative people. In the first place receptionist does not even tell you that you will have to be ready with minimum 3000 rupees in your hand (450 for consultation and 2500 so called package for one month). When I expressed my concerns the leading doctor began arguing with me saying that it is my responsibility to enquire from the call center about the package before I book an appointment (as if I dreamt about their packages). I wasted my precious time and energy here. Management should improve the communication to customers. Extremely disappointed with their commercial attitude and the leading doctors pathetic behavior with me, when I questioned. Their homeo treatment may be good, but please please think twice before wasting your time and energy here. There are many many more homeo doctors who charge much lesser for equally good treatment.

Not upto the mark the service provided is just ok, about treatment can not say any as one month its fine and other month its bad

My son is taking treatment with Dr Sayed Irfan Sir for his seasonal allergy since almost a year now, he used to get very frequent cold n cough and everytime I had to rush him to hospital but since now almost 6months he has hardly taken any allopaall medicines or not required to be hospitalised.
