Otolaryngologist here are with very basic knowledge. Not able to treat or diagnose other major diseases. Not ready to talk to patient and explain their condition to them. Only looting money from them. Donot deserve even a star.

Doctor seemed professional but he writes medicines in a code which only their pharmacy can understand. This is not okay. Patients should know this before consultation. If cost is not a problem, go ahead

We visited Dr. Sudhir Dounde for an issue of loss of smell and taste. Very impressed by the professional courtesy he showed and the experience and expertise could be seen in his questions and checks. We have not seen this kind of facility and equipments in any other clinics in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

We had a very bad experience at this clinic when we went to Dr.sudheer for my husband's hearing problem. He asked us to get tested for hearing. After getting d reports, we were not allowed to meet him again. Their staff gave d reports to him & He prescribed d medicies, which were told by their staff to us. We insisted that we want to know by doctor d exact problem & d use of each medicine. They sent us to his son Dr. Sajeel. He instead of explaing, was telling these medicine r given for d problem u have. We were not satisfied with his reply. We again asked our doubt. He then shouted us like anything asked us to get out of his room, he also threw our reports. Dr. Sudheer also behaved like this only. Even though we spent there rs. 2,300, we were treated in a very humiliating way. Is it not our right to now about d problem & d usage of each medicines which should be explained by Dr. If asked by us?
