Doctor listen to every point you say and assures you well. He is very soft spoken and encourages to have a healthy diet rather than heavy medication.
A norm these days has been to do endoscopy as the primary test at few hospitals. But he suggests for endoscopy only after trying to cure with meds.

The basic expectation from a doctor is to "listen" and "understand" the patient's condition before reaching a conclusion. Even if its a bad news a doctor should try to reassure a patient instead of scaring him/her. His overall attitude is very bad, I took my mother to consult this guy, he gave wrong diagnosis. Mistakes can happen, I can understand that but the way he delivered the diagnosis is absolutely idiotic, he did not even tell us the treatment plan, he just told us just that my mom has a condition which is not reversible. Thankfully his diagnosis proved to be incorrect, an another gastroenterelogoist confirmed that my mom's condition is not that bad and is treatable, if not curable. But I am more angry with the way he talks to the patients. Such a sorry character. Dear doctor, if you got issues at home, please don't take it out on patients. Do you even understand the concept of "reassurance"?
