I was suffering from sciatic pain and my pain was not going down in any direction in July 2023. At this time Dr. Kirthi Paladugu suggested surgery. Initially it was only to remove a bulge that was causing sciatic pain. But after close assessment of my xray and mri he suggested that I need to go for tungsten based bolts near my L4, L5 and S1 of my spine. He explained me what will be the future state if I don't go for surgery and if I go for surgery what is possible and what is not possible.

After thorough assessment and trying medications he suggested surgery for me. The surgery went fine and within 3days I was back at home climbing into my bathroom at home. With ease. And best of all no sciatic pain.

I'm still following the exercise schedule given to me.

Though it might be not a completely negative review while he was at Srikara he rarely suggested X-rays or scanning unless it is required. And points out the issue very accurately. But now he has become dam commercial and his attire towards patients has decreased significantly.

Worst doctor, he is not practical person just he bring the certificate on money.he doesn't have patience, he is just like road side rowdy, waste doctor, waste waste waste,

I say it's a lot time waste if you go see this doctor he's not a doctor to be honest just waste of time.hey Kirthi paladugu it's better you sit at home doing nothing cause even though who did even got profited of you being a doctor? All of the videos in your page are so fake you absolutely gave them money to act.because no one will say a good thing about this hospital. Lol

Just remember you are not doing any charity work for freely. It's so useless if you don't even give service to people who pay you.

Advice: In one word WASTE DOCTOR, don't waste your money and time.

Doctor has no patience to listen to our concerns, main goal is to quickly run through patients.
I would suggest the Dr and the staff to treat the patients in a better way, they charge premium fees for consulatation and lab tests compared to other hospitals trying to make quick bucks with out proper service.

I am suffering from knee pain of both legs since ten years.professionally I am a teacher. I suffered a lot. Before knee operation I am feeling very difficult to walk, to stepup the stairs and coming down. Knees of my both legs are operated in 2018 January. Since then I am able to walk, to perform my daily activities and also able to drive my car but not two wheelers. I am not feeling any pain. Now I am perfectly alright. I am very grateful to Dr. Kirthi paladugu.

Doctor is so.arrogant and doesn't even know how to talk to patients, he is not ready to listen to the patient completely and coming to a conclusion. He is talking very rudely, raising his voice and staring with anger for the doubts asked by the patient. I would rate him 'zero' but no option. Physiotherapist was good.

Doctor don't listen to your problem. He thinks patients are not knowing anything and can be bluffed. I had visited him twice for pain in wrist, but both the time I was only told that it was inflammation. We tried to explain him more issues regarding pain in wrist, but he was least interested to hear it. For 15 days we had taken his prescribed medicine but no improvement and finally consulting other doctor.

Dr. Kirthi is a highly experienced and committed Ortho surgeon. Had a very good experience with him. His team is highly approachable, helpful and made the paperwork also quite seamless. Appreciate his support and guidance alot.

Dr. Kirthi is excellent doctor by knowledge and diagnosis, when he was in srikara hospital we consulted him and based on that experience we went to his newly opened Dr. Kirthi hospital but here our experience was not good.here clinic timings are from 6 pm but frequently docs are not available alternate doctors are consulting and giving briefing.

When a patient goes for a specific doctor he expects consulting from him only.if it's not like that it disappoints.

Dr Kirthi is the best orthopedic surgeon I have come across. Strongly recommend him and recently managed my relatives with complex trauma. Humble and approachable too

Pathetic doctor with lot of arrogance. He does not even check properly when you consult for a joint pain. Lacks patience and skill. His interest is only in making money. How many patients he can see in 1 minute? ! Hence the good review in emergency cases. If you want a 10 second consultation you can go to him, not when you want a good Ortho. Hope this review helps someone who is in real pain. When we ask about the issue, he will say "take X ray if you want"! And what should we do? Frame it and keep it at home?

I recently had a right knee ligament ACL Tear and minuscus surgery by Dr. Kirti Garu. I am very thankful to him for explaining the procedure and post precautions very clearly.

Surgery went well! The next major part is Physiotherapy, Dr. Anil Babu Grikapati Garu an awesome trainer, without him my leg would not have come back normal. He is a cool, calm but a strong guy who spent lot of time and put lot of his efforts for my early recovery.

I had an elbow displacement with fracture and through my friend i came to know about Krithi paladdugu and i have visited the sir clinic, Sir gone through my scanning reports and suggested me for a surgery, he gave me confidence that i can recover perfectly alright after the surgery, the surgery went successful and after 25 days post surgery the supporter has removed and comes the main part physiotherap, this is so important that your complete recovery depends on this, I would suggest the physiotherapy should take from krithi sir clinic because i was recovered by taking there and with the main help of Arun and Anil sir they help me lot for recovering with in 10days i got the momentum.

I have Shoulder pain for 4 years after contacting the Dr Kirthi Sir I was gone for a shoulder surgery on 1 sep after 10 days I was able to use my hand normally and after 30 days I am not having any pain and I able to do all my general work I am very satisfied with Dr Kithi sir treatment recommend for surely.

Have no words to describe worst experience which I had with Dr. Kirthi. At the outset, had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor.

Go if you want to waste your money, Not recommended. And please never ever trust reviews they are completely paid. Went for lower back pain. He immidiatly started writing painkillers blindly and took everything light. Didn't even try to check symptoms properly, like severity of pain.

Do not recommend this Doxtor. Visited for knee pain of my son, and he couldn't identify it as an ACL tear even though the problem was explained to him clearly. The moment we ask a question the only reply we receive is get an MRI done if you want. Not sure what doctor will do if patient has to decide if MRII is required or not.
