Over all great experience. Rates are subsidized.one need not required a doctor prescription from doctor as well.

Service is worst. It's been 2 days I didn't get the complete report and the people are not responding to calls and messages. Poor service

Good quality diagnostics and process very humble and experienc staff who came home to colleted samples. I was able to receive time to time accurated reports on online.

Such a waste service. They promised to give report on same day. But I got the reports after 2 days. And not giving any response of my calls and messages. And when my doctor calls them, they gave the report within a min. Doesn't look authentic.

Reports are too late now a days.
Earlier it was good, now there is no more getting reports faster, I experienced it last three times and today also we given blood sample and they said report will come tomorrow, they need to think of the seriousness of patient into consideration!

Had the worst experience of my life. Reports are very late. They told that i will get the reports within one day. So i skipped my office and booked doctors appointment. But they failed to give the reports, I waited there for hours and they kept on saying that with 10-15 mints they will give the reports. They don't say any exact time or reason for delay. They will just say wait 10 minutes. Like this I waited 3 days for the reports. Missed 2 days office and doctor's appointment because they had promised they will give the report.
Very pathetic service. And they even don't pick up phone calls if you are having problems

Worst service. Never comes on time to collect home sample.when I Called Lal path executive, All of the sudden he gave me hand like "I'm not coming today". This is the second time it happened to me with Lal path. Fake registrations and fake promises.

For accurate and reliable results go with Lalpath Labs. The staff is polite and very professional. Cheers guys!

Scheduled for a test a 7 in the morning, the man rings up at 8 to say that he can come by 8: 30. My mom just returned from the hospital after a heart surgery. No remorse for keeping a patient waiting to have her meds.

Appointment given for 10: 30, sample still not collected at 12: 30. The chat representative is useless, there is no customer care number, and the phlebotomist is not answering my calls. All of these after I already paid for the tests. DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICES.

Pathetic. I called yesterday and fixed home collection appointment between 8 to 9 a.m today I called around 8.30 a.m to know about when he is coming he did not pick my call I called in the office they said he is on the way and will reach by 9 a.m now it's 10.20 no response.not they even called me back. Total u professional.

UN-Professional Staff, i called them from Dubai for an inquiry regarding test and they are making fun of me and talking with UN-Professional language.

Disciplined staff, very punctual at timings to collect sample and the report should be given on time through whatsap or email, Good in their work

Staff were professional. The tests which I needed to get, which cost 8000 in continental and 4500 in Apollo, I got done for just 3000 here.

Although my doctor said the Vitamin D scale they used was different than what he was used to seeing.

Worst service. They are not able to give report after 36 hrs. Everytime they used to say different reasons. Dont go for this lab for any checkups.

Most of these reviews look like an inside job.
Sample collected at 730 am morning with promise to deliver reports same evening. Dozens of calls but no solution. Missed my Doctor's appointment in the morning. Finally the report came after 4 days. Pathetic!
